«Դիմադրություն» շարժման գարնանային ակցիաների տապալումը և ամռան ընթացքում գրեթե բողոքի գործողություններ չիրականացնելը հուսահատության և հիասթափության նոր ալիք են բարձրացրել ընդդիմության նկատմամբ և ընդդիմադիրների շրջանում։

Շատերն արձանագրում են, որ այդպես էլ հնարավոր չեղավ իշխանությունից հեռացնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, և այս տեմպերով փաշինյանական վարչակազմը շարունակելու է իր ապիկար և դավաճանական քաղաքականությունը։ Նշենք, որ այսպիսի մոտեցումը ավելի քան անարդար է և հատկապես անարդար է այն մարդկանց նկատմամբ, ովքեր այսօր իրենց ազատությունն են զոհել հանուն Հայաստանում նոր վերափոխումների և վերականգնման։

Նրանցից մեկը «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն է, ում կալանավորեցին մայիսի կեսերին, ապա ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթով բաց թողեցին, ինչից հետո տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը կրկին որոշեց կալանավորել Չալաբյանին։

Մի շարք ընդդիմադիրներ, իսկապես, մաքառում են ազատազրկման վայրերում, շատերը սեփական առողջությունն են զոհում փաշինյանական վարչախմբի դեմ իրենց պայքարում, իսկ նրանցից մեկը՝ ռեժիսոր Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, մահացավ հենց դատարանի դահլիճում նույն այդ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի վարած նիստի ընթացքում։

Եվ, ըստ էության, այն, որ շատ ընդդիմադիրներ դեռևս շարունակում են իրենց պայքարը, չեն կոտրվում, չեն խեղճանում փաշինյանական վարչախմբի առաջ, հույս է ներշնչում, որ ընդդիմադիր շարժումը ի վերջո կկարողանա ուշքի գալ և հաջողել, այլապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կործանումը վերջնական կլինի։

Չալաբյանը, ինչպես բազմիցս նշել են նրա փաստաբանները և ինքը՝ «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրն է նշել, առողջական խնդիրներ ունի: Վերջին դատերից մեկին նա նույնիսկ չէր կարողացել ներկայանալ բարձր ճնշման և տաքության պատճառով։ Սակայն դա չխանգարեց, որպեսզի նա իր նախորդ դատական նիստում հայտարարի, որ ոչ թե կալանավոր է, այլ պատանդ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի ձեռքին և շարունակելու է անտրտունջ պայքարել հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։

Վարչախումբն ամեն ինչ անում է դատական նիստերն արագացնելու, Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ մեղադրական դատավճիռ կայացնելու համար, սակայն ինքը՝ Չալաբյանը, որևէ կերպ չի խեղճացել և չի ընկրկել՝ օրինակ ծառայելով իր ընդդիմադիր մյուս ազատության մեջ գտնվող գործընկերների համար, որ պայքարը պետք է շարունակել առանց տրտնջալու և աշխատել հանրության հետ, ժողովրդին ոտքի կանգնեցնելու՝ ընդդեմ փաշինյանական վարչախմբի։
