ՀՖՖ-ի եւ «Փյունիկի» հայտարարությունը

Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիան և Հայաստանի չեմպիոն Երևանի «Փյունիկ» ֆուտբոլային ակումբը հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ։

«Հարգելի՛ ֆուտբոլասերներ,

Վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած միջազգային հանդիպումների ընթացքում գրանցվել են ֆուտբոլային հանդիպումների, ընդհանրապես, սպորտի հետ անհամատեղելի իրադարձություններ, որոնք հղի են հայկական ֆուտբոլի համար ամենալուրջ հետեւանքներով:

Հանդիպումներին ներկա տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ՝ մեծամասամբ դեռահասներ, մուտք են գործել խաղադաշտ, տրիբունաներում պարբերաբար արձանագրվել են ծեծկռտուքի դեպքեր, իրականացվել են նաեւ մի շարք քաղաքական ակցիաներ:

Իրենց պարտականությունները կատարելիս թերացել են նաեւ անվտանգության աշխատակիցները, ինչի համար հայցում ենք ձեր ներողամտությունը: ՀՖՖ-ի և «Փյունիկ» ՖԱ ներկայացուցիչներն աշխատանքներ են տանում անվտանգությունն ապահովող կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ հետագայում նման իրավիճակները բացառելու համար:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ անվտանգության աշխատակիցների՝ անգամ ամենամեծ քանակի դեպքում ուղղակի հնարավոր չէ կանխել նման անցանկալի իրադարձությունները, եթե չլինի բոլորի՝ ֆուտբոլային հանրության, երկրպագուների, հատկապես լրատվամիջոցների աջակցությունը:

Հայաստանում այս տարի կայացած միջազգային գրեթե բոլոր հանդիպումների ընթացքում և դրանցից հետո արձանագրվել են նման դեպքեր, ինչի համար մեծ տույժեր են կրել ՀՖՖ-ն և հայկական ակումբները: Ցանկանում ենք ընդգծել, սակայն, որ տուգանքները կրում են ժամանակավոր բնույթ: Նմանատիպ դեպքերը չբացառելու դեպքում Հայաստանում առկա եվրոպական բարձր չափանիշներին համապատասխան միակ՝ «Հանրապետական» մարզադաշտը կարող է որակազրկվել. ինչպես Հայաստանի ազգային հավաքականը, այնպես էլ մեր ակումբները ստիպված կլինեն տնային հանդիպումներն անցկացնել չեզոք խաղադաշտերում՝ այլ երկրներում:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ «Փյունիկը» այս տարի մասնակցելու է եվրոպական մրցաշարերից մեկի խմբային փուլին եւ դեռ անցկացնելու է առնվազն 4 տնային հանդիպում, ինչպես նաեւ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին Երեւանում կայանալու է Հայաստան - Ուկրաինա ազգային հավաքականների հանդիպումը, դիմում ենք բոլոր շահագրգիռ անձանց՝ առաջարկելով համատեղ ուժերով կանխել ֆուտբոլ խաղի հետ առնչություն չունեցող ցանկացած դրսևորում:

Այս համատեքստում կոչ ենք անում լրատվամիջոցներին չտարածել անկարգությունները ներկայացնող տեսանյութերը և լուսանկարները:

Կոչ ենք անում հատկապես ծնողներին թույլ չտալ իրենց երեխաներին մուտք գործել խաղադաշտ. դա ինքնահաստատվելու լավագույն միջոցը չէ:

Դիմում ենք ֆուտբոլի իրական սիրահարներին, երկրպագուներին, ֆան ակումբներին՝ եկե՛ք միասին կարգ ու կանոն հաստատենք մեր խաղադաշտերում՝ հետագայում հայկական ֆուտբոլի համար անցանկալի հետևանքներից խուսափելու նպատակով:
