Ինչի համար է պետք Գյումրիի ռուսական 102-րդ բազան, եթե ռուս-թուրքական «եռակողմ հայտարարությունները» անվերապահ կատարվում են։ Առավել եւս այն դեպքում, եթե չեն կատարվում։
Այն հայերը, ովքեր պնդում էին, թե Գյումրիի ռուսական բազան Հայաստանը պաշտպանելու համար է, զգացվում էր, որ իրենք էլ իրենց ասածին չեն հավատում։ Ինչ պետք է աներ այդ փոքրաթիվ բազան թուրքական բանակի դեմ, որը զինված է այդ թվում արեւմտյան սպառազինությամբ։ Ուկրաինայի պատերազմը ցույց տվեց, որ ռուսական կոնվենցիոնալ զենքը մետաղի ջարդոն է արեւմտյան անալոգների համեմատ եւ ունակ է կատարել ընդամենը բնակելի շենքերը ավերելու գործառույթ։ Իսկ անձնակազմն էլ ուկրաինական պատերազմում աչքի ընկավ թալանով, սպանություններով եւ հակամարդկային այլ գործողություններով։
Գյումրիի բազան հայկական լրահոսում պարբերաբար հայտնվում էր նմանատիպ արարքների կապակցությամբ, որի բարձրակետը Գյումրիում հայ ընտանիքի ցուցադրական սպանությունն էր բազայի զինծառայողի կողմից։ Ցուցադրական, քանի որ Կրեմլն իրականացրեց իր մարդասպանին Հայաստանից տարհանելու հատուկ գործողություն, ցուցադրական նվաստացմամբ։
Ավելին, այդ սպանությունը նշանավորում էր Կրեմլի հռչակած «քաղաքական նոր կուրսը», որը Հայաստանի պարագային դրսեւորվեց ԵՏՄ-ին բռնակցմամբ, 2015-16-ի ռազմական ագրեսիայով եւ 2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ի ռազմական արշավով։ Ռուսաստանը թուրքերի հետ շարունակում է հայկական պետականության լուծարման նպատակի իրագործումն իր անխուսափելի նահանջից առաջ։ Այս քաղաքականության քաղաքական, քաղաքակրթական պատճառներին անդրադարձել ենք բազմիցս։
Այս պայմաններում, ինչ գործառույթ է իրականացնելու, կամ արդեն իրականացնում է Գյուրիի ռուսական բազան։ Մանրամասների մեջ չխորանալով, ասենք հակիրճ՝ իրականացնելու է նույն գործառույթը, ինչ հայկական օկուպացված Ակնայի ռուս-թուրքական հետախուզական կենտրոնը եւ ռուսական «խաղաղապահ» զորախումբն Արցախում։ Այն է՝ հայկական զինուժի շարժի վերահսկում եւ զինաթափում, «պարզեցված ռեժիմ» Հայաստանի ճանապարհներին, ռուս-թուրքական այլ պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացում։
Գյումրիի բազան եւ ռուսական «պերմյակովների» բանակը սպառնալիք են Հայաստանին, Կովկասից Ռուսաստանի հեռանալն ու Հայաստանը թուրքերին հանձնելն ապահովող Լավրովյան 5-ամյա ծրագրի արագացման պայմաններում։ «Պերմյակովների» ձախողումն Ուկրաինայում Ռուսաստանին ստիպում է արագացնել ծրագիրը՝ թուրքերից ընդամենն անուղղակի աշխարհաքաղաքական փոխհատուցման հույսով: Սոչիում Պուտին-Էրդողան պակտը դրա վկայությունն է։ Գյումրիի ռուսական բազայի դուրսբերման պահանջը պետք է ձեւավորել շտապ։
