Վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովինար գյուղում. վարկածներից մեկով՝ ինքնապաշտպանության նպատակով հնչել են կրակոցներ

SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մարտունու քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Մանուկյանի կողմից քրեական վարույթ է նախաձեռնվել օգոստոսի 9-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի փաստով:
Այդ օրը՝ ժամը 20:40–ի սահմաններում Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Մարտունու բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «ձախ ձեռքի 5-րդ մատի ճկութային ֆալանգի ամպուտացիա» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքի:
Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվածը, ով կարճ ժամանակ անց դուրս է գրվել հիվանդանոցից, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ծովինար գյուղի բնակիչ Արա Գ.-ն է:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ նույն օրը Արա Գ.-ի, իր որդի, 30-ամյա Հենրիկ Գ.-ի և համագյուղացի, 33-ամյա Արթուր Ա.-ի միջև վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել, որը հետո վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ Արթու ր Ա.-ն դեմքի և մարմնի տարբեր մասերում ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ապա, տեսնելով, որ այլևս չի կարողանում հայր ու որդու դեմն առնել, իր մոտ եղած «ՊՄՌ» 9 մմ տրամաչափի՝ իր անվամբ օրինական հաշվառված գազային ատրճանակից 2 անգամ օդ է կրակել, սակայն ծեծկռտուքը չի դադարել, իսկ հետո Արա Գ.-ն դիմել է Մարտունու հիվանդանոց և հայտնել, որ իրեն մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել Արթուր Ա.-ն:
Մարտունու ոստիկանները հայտնաբերել են Արթուր Ա.-ին և նշված գազային ատրճանակը, ում այնուհետև ներկայացրել են Մարտունու քննչական բաժին, որտեղ նրանից ստորագրություն է վերցվել:
Այս պահին Արթուր Ա.-ն բուժում է ստանում և տևական ժամանակ մնալու է բժիշկների հսկողության տակ:

Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ իրավապահները աշխատում են մի քանի վարկածի ուղղությամբ, այդ թվում՝ ինքնապաշտապնության, քանի որ Արթուր Ա.-ն իր հողամասում գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ կատարելիս է եղել երբ Արա Գ.-ն, իր որդի, Հենրիկ Գ.-ի հետ եկել են հողամաս որտեղ էլ սկսվել է վիճաբանություն ծեծկռտուքը ու հնարավոր է, տեսնելով, որ չի կարողանում հայր և որդու դեմն առնել, ինքնապաշտպանության նպատակով կրակոցեր է արձակել օդ: Այս վարկածը պարզվում է՝ արդյոք համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, թե ոչ:
