ՀՀ ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, անկուսակցական Թագուհի Թովմասյանը գրում է.

Բոլորիս ուշադրության կենտրոնում է ցավալի իրականությունը, որ մինչև օգոստոսի 25-ը Բերձոր, Աղավնո և Ներքին Սուս համայնքների բնակիչները պետք է հեռանան իրենց տներից, իսկ այս բնակավայրերը հանձնվեն Ադրբեջանին։ Առանց պայքարելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ապագա խոստացած իշխանությունը հող է հանձնում թշնամուն՝ նվազեցնելով մեր հայկական պետությունների անվտանգության մակարդակը։
Իշխանությունը առանց մի փամփուշտ կրակոցի հանձնեց նաև Քարվաճառը, որտեղ պատերազմի օրենքով թշնամին չէր կարողացել առաջ գալ, և կարող էինք պահպանել մեր հայրենիքը. չարվեց:
Իշխանությունների այս անտարբեր վերաբերմունքը մեր հայրենիքի տարբեր հատվածների (այդ թվում՝ ձնառատ սարերի) նկատմամբ ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է․ Արցախը ամենևին էլ արժեք չէ այս մարդկանց համար: Նրանք տարանջատեցին մեր երկու պետությունները...
 
Գրություն եմ ուղարկել Ն․ Փաշինյանին՝ պահանջելով պարզաբանումներ, թե այս համայնքների հանձնումը ու՞մ կողմից է համաձայնեցվել և իրավական ուժ ունեցող ի՞նչ փաստաթղթի հիման վրա է իրականացվում։ Առ այսօր ՀՀ կառավարությունը չի հայտնել նաև, թե արդյո՞ք բանակցել է նշված համայնքները չհանձնելու շուրջ, ի՞նչ արդյունքներ են արձանագրվել։ Եթե վաղուց հայտնի էր, որ այդ բնակավայրերը պիտի հանձնվեն, ինչու՞ ժամանակին նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվել, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ տարբեր միջոցներով ներդրումներ են արվել այդ համայնքներում:
 
Մեկ այլ խնդիր է նաև պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պահպանման հարցը առ այն, թե արդյոք ՀՀ կառավարությունը ձեռք է բերել պայմանավորվածություն, որ ադրբեջանական վայրագները չեն վնասի նշված համայնքների պատմամշակութային ժառանգությունը, գերեզմանները։
 
ԱՀ պատգամավորները ահազանգում են, որ տարհանման ռեսուրսները չեն բավարարում տարհանման գործընթացը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու համար, ուստի պատրաստվում եմ դիմել նաև միջազգային գործընկերներիս` Բերձոր, Աղավնո և Ներքին Սուս համայնքների հանձնման ժամկետների երկարաձգման հարցով. չգիտեմ` ինչ կստացվի, բայց վերջին քայլն է, որ կարող եմ անել իբրև ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ։
