Հայաստանում Մեղրի-Ագարակ ճանապարհին ռուսական հսկիչ հենակետեր ստեղծելու մասին տեղեկությունից հետո ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատարությունը հայտնեց, թե «Հայ-իրանական պետական ​​սահմանին» լարված օպերատիվ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել՝ կապված Իրանից Հայաստան թմրամիջոցներ և հոգեմետ նյութեր ապօրինի տեղափոխելու փորձերի ավելացման հետ։ «Բացի այդ՝ արձանագրվում են ծայրահեղական և ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից Հայաստանի պետական սահմանի խախտման դեպքեր»,- ասված է Հայաստանում ՌԴ ԱԴԾ սահմանապահ վարչության հաղորդագրության մեջ։ Մեղրի խոշորացված համայնքում ռուս սահմանապահները մոտ 5 մոդուլային հենակետ են տեղադրել։

Ռուսաստանը ձեւ է անում, թե հայ-իրանական սահմանին հենակետերի տեղադրումն արվում է Հայաստանի անվտանգության համար։ Իրականում Ռուսաստանը պատրաստվում է միջանցքներ բացել Թուրքիայի հետ, Սերգեյ Լավրովի խոսքերով՝ «պարզեցված ռեժիմով», որը ենթադրում է հայ-իրանական սահմանի փակում։

Ումի՞ց է Ռուսաստանը ցանկանում «պաշտպանել Հայաստանը. Թեհրանում թե՛ Պուտինի, թե՛ Էրդողանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Իրանի գերագույն այաթոլլա Խամենեին զգուշացրել է, որ հայ-իրանական սահմանի հնարավոր փակումն անընդունելի է Իրանի համար։ Նման նախազգուշացումը սովորաբար նշանակում է, որ երկիրը պատրաստ է պաշտպանել իր դիրքորոշումը, այդ թվում՝ ուժով։ 2021 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Իրանը խոշոր զորավարժություններ է անցկացրել Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանին՝ ցույց տալով, որ պատրաստ է ուժ կիրառել իր շահերը պաշտպանելու համար։ Այն ժամանակ խոսվում էր ուժով «միջանցքը» բացելու մտադրության մասին, որը կանխվեց։

Այժմ Իրանը սկսել է միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ բանակցությունների հերթական փուլը։ ԵՄ համակարգողն արդեն շրջանառության մեջ է դրել համաձայնագրի նախագիծը, և եթե առարկություններ չլինեն, միջուկային գործարքը կվերականգնվի։ Սա շատ բան կփոխի տարածաշրջանում, և Ռուսաստանն ու Թուրքիան ակնհայտորեն պատրաստվում են դրան։
