Արցախի Աղավնո եւ Բերձոր բնակավայրերի բնակիչները, որոնց մինչեւ օգոստոսի 25–ը Արցախի իշխանությունները ժամանակ են տվել իրենց տներից դուրս գալու համար, այս օրերին իրենց իրերն են հավաքում, սակայն մինչեւ այս պահը դեռ ոչ մի ընտանիք բնակավայրերից չի հեռացել։

Շատերը դեռ չեն որոշել՝ ուր են տեղափոխվելու, արդյոք վերաբնակվելու են Արցախում, թե բնակություն են հաստատելու Հայաստանում։ Աղավնոյից ընդհանուր առմամբ տարհանվելու է 204 բնակիչ, իսկ Բերձոր քաղաքում, որտեղ մինչ պատերազմը ապրում էր 2000 բնակիչ, հիմա 174–ն են մնացել։ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ է անցնելու նաեւ Սուս գյուղը, սակայն, այնտեղ բնակիչներ այս պահին չկան։ Բերձորի եւ Աղավնոյի բնակիչները չեն հաշտվում իրենց ձեռքով կառուցած տները հակառակորդին թողնելու մտքի հետ։

«Հայաստան տեղափոխվելու կամ էլ Արցախում վերաբնակվելու մասին մտադրությունները խառն են, այս պահին մարդիկ չգիտեն՝ ինչ են անելու, յուրաքանչյուր կայացված որոշում կարող է փոփոխվել։ Չկողմնորոշված վիճակ է, ես էլ բոլորի նման դեռ այդ մասին չեմ մտածել, ժամանակ չունեմ, ավելի հանգիստ վիճակում կկայացնեմ որոշումը»,– NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Բերձորի քաղաքապետ Նարեկ Ալեքսանյանը։

Արցախի Տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանն էր օրեր առաջ հայտնել բնակիչներին, որ մինչեւ օգոստոսի 25–ը պետք է ազատեն Աղավնոն ու Բերձորը։ Ըստ նախարարի՝ մինչեւ Արցախում եւ Հայաստանում բնակարան գնելը, բնակիչները կտեղավորվեն կացարաններում։

«Եթե վերաբնակիչ են, ապա տուն գնելու համար սերտիֆիկատ կստանան, իսկ մինչեւ սերտիֆիկատ ստանալը, վարձի փոխհատուցում կստանան»,– ասել էր նախարարը։

Ըստ Բերձորի քաղաքապետի՝ Երեւանում բնակարան գնելու համար Հայաստանի Կառավարությունը տրամադրում է մինչեւ 8 միլիոն դրամ, մարզերում 10, իսկ Արցախում 12 միլիոն դրամ։
