Փաստացի կար 5 կմ լայնությամբ Լաչինի միջանցք, որը նաեւ անվտանգության գոտի էր եւ այդտեղ չէին կարող տեղակայված լինել ադրբեջանական ուժեր. հիմա նոր երթուղու պայմաններում փաստացի ստեղծված է խնդիր: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը:
«Նույնիսկ ԱԳՆ-ի հայտարարության մեջ էր նշված, որ կա մտավախություն, որ ռեժիմի փոփոխություն է տեղի ունենալու: Ինչու այս ընթացքում Հայաստանը չի բարձրաձայնել նոր շինարարության հետ կապված խնդիրը: Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ պլան չկա: Ադրբեջանն ամիսներով ճանապարհ է կառուցում, որի մասին տեղյակ են եղել Հայաստանի, Արցախի իշխանությունները: Ընթացքում իրար հետ պայմանավորվել են քարտեզով աշխատելով, թե որտեղով պետք է անցնի նոր երթուղին: Այսինքն մինչեւ օգոստոսի 1-ի իրադարձությունները բավականին մեծ ժամանակ է եղել եւ ՀՀ իշխանությունը տեղյակ է եղել, որ Ադրբեջանը ճանապարհ է կառուցում:
Եվ այսօր ՀՀ իշխանությունը մեկ խնդիր է լուծում, փորձում է իր անտեղյակությամբ ցույց տալ, որ շեշտված ձեւով ռուսական պատասխանատվության գոտում Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանը ինչ-որ հարցի շուրջ պայմանավորվածության են եկել, որը չի բխում հայկական շահերից, բայց դրա մասին տեղյակ չի եղել ՀՀ իշխանությունը: Դա չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը»,-ասաց նա:
Տիգրան Աբրահամյանի խոսքով, ՀՀ իշխանությունները կուլիսներում համաձայնություն են տվել այդ երթուղուն, Բերձորի, Աղավնոյի եւ Սուսի հանձնմանը, բայց դրանից բխող քայլերը չեն իրականացրել. «ՀՀ իշխանությունը հասկանալով, որ մեծ խնդիր է առաջացնելու, եթե ժամանակին չկառուցի ՀՀ հատվածով անցնող մոտ 7 կմ-անոց հատվածը, նա դա չի կառուցել: Այս պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը ժամանակ է տվել առավելագույնը մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 1-ը, որ երթուղին փոխվելու է»:
