Ամանորին հաշված օրեր են մնացել, եւ բոլորն ակտիվորեն պատրաստվում են բարձր տրամադրությամբ նշել տարվա գլխավոր տոնը։ Իհարկե, Ամանորը սիրված եւ սպասված տոն է բոլորի համար, սակայն այդ օրերին լինում են նաեւ տհաճ միջադեպեր։ Քանի որ մենք՝ հայերս, այդ օրերին այցելում եք գրեթե բոլոր բարեկամներին, շնորհավորում եւ նրանց հետ նշում Նոր տարին, հարկավոր է իմանալ, թե ինչ է պետք անել տոնական տեսքն ու տրամադրությունը բարձր պահպանելու եւ խումարից (գլխացավ, սրտխառնոց, բերանի տհաճ հոտ, ուժերի եւ էներգիայի կորուստ, տխուր տրամադրություն եւ այլն) խուսափելու համար։

Եթե մեծ երեկույթի եք մասնակցում եւ պատրաստվում եք մի լավ խմել, ապա ալկոհոլի վնասակար հետեւանքներից եւ մարսողական համակարգի խանգարումներից խուսափելու համար պետք է ճարպերով եւ սպիտակուցներով հարուստ սնունդ օգտագործել։ Ալկոհոլի ազդեցությունն ավելի չնչին կլինի, եթե մեկ օր առաջ (մի պտղունց) աղով ջուր խմեք։

Երեկույթից վերադառնալուց հետո հարկավոր է ֆրուկտոզայով հարուստ միրգ ուտել (խնձոր, խաղող, տանձ, հաղարջ) մինչեւ քնելը։ Ինչու՞ ֆրուկտոզա։ Ֆրուկտոզան նպաստում է լյարդի աշխատանքին, եւ այն ավելի հեշտությամբ է ազատվում ալկոհոլի վնասակար ազդեցությունից։ Կարելի է նաեւ վիտամին B1 խմել։

Ցուցում. կանանց խորհուրդ է տրվում նաեւ քնելուց առաջ իրենց խոնավեցնող քսուքը դնել սառը տեղում, որպեսզի առավոտյան այն ավելի թարմացնող էֆեկտ ունենա։

Իսկ առավոտյան արթնանալուց հետո հարկավոր է խմել բազուկի հյութ եւ ուտել աղցաններ, վիտամին C-ով հարուստ սնունդ։ Դրանք կօգնեն ազատվել օրգանիզմում կուտակված ազատ ռադիկալներից։ Իսկ վերջում հարկավոր է մաշկը սկրաբով մաքրել, ինչը կբարելավի արյան շրջանառությունը եւ կնպաստի, որպեսզի ալկոհոլն ավելի արագ դուրս գա օրգանիզմից։
