Ավետիք Չալաբյանի մոտ ախտորոշվել է սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդություն, 3-րդ կարգի հիպերտենզիա

Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի կենտրոնի նստավայրում այսօր «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստում Չալաբյանը տեղեկություններ հայտնեց իր առողջական վիճակի մասին։ Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդիվ նա դատավորին խնդրել էր նիստը հետաձգել գոնե մի քանի աշխատանքային օրով, որպեսզի սիրտանոթային համակարգի համալիր հետազոտության ենթարկվի․ նախկինում նա ունեցել է բարձր ճնշում, ընդունել դեղամիջոցներ, սակայն 2,5 ամսյա կալանքի հետեւանքով վիճակը վատթարացել էր, ախտորոշվել էր հիպերտոնիկ կրիզ։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին տեղեկացրեց․ «Հետազոտություններն իրականացվել են։ Ախտորոշվել է սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդություն, 3-րդ կարգի հիպերտենզիա, նշանակվել է ամբուլատոր բուժում։ Նիստերին մասնակցելու եմ, բայց, ենթադրաբար, հիպերտոնիկ կրիզը բացառված չէ։ Նման դեպքերում խնդրելու եմ նիստը հետաձգել»։ Դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանն արձագանքեց, որ նման խնդրի դեպքում նիստը կհետաձգեն։ Հիշեցնենք, որ «ԱրԱր» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, «Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը մեղադրվում է 2022թ․-ին դիմադրության շարժման ժամանակ երկու կամ ավելի անձանց, տվյալ դեպքում՝ ուսանողներին, հավաքներին մասնակցելու նպատակով նյութապես շահագրգռելու համար։ Նրա պաշտպանական թիմը հայտարարել է. «Մեղադրանքի հիմքում դրված է ընդամենը մեկ մոնտաժված և ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի իմաստով անթույլատրելի համարվող ձայնագրություն, որում Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հավաքներին մասնակցելու նպատակով նյութական շահագրգռվածություն առաջարկելու վերաբերյալ որևէ պնդում չի անում: Հակառակը, ի պատասխան ակնհայտ պրովոկացիա իրականացնող զրուցակից Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի հարցադրումների, պատասխանում է, որ «կյանքում կան ոչ նյութական արժեքներ, որոնք ավելի կարևոր են»։ Ալիյանն առերես հարցաքննության ժամանակ պնդել է, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը երբեք իրեն գումար կամ այլ նյութական շահ չի առաջարկել հավաքներին մասնակցելու համար։ Չկա որևէ ցուցմունք, այդ թվում՝ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի, որով շոշափվում է նյութական շահագրգռվածության հասցեատեր որևէ երկրորդ անձի անուն»։ Լուիզա ՍՈՒՔԻԱՍՅԱՆ
