Գյուղացիները փակել էին Ստեփանավան-Վանաձոր ճանապարհը, վարչապետը հանձնարարեց կարգավորել հուզող հարցերը

Բեռնատար ունեցող գյուղացիներն այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 1-ին, փակել են Ստեփանավան-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհը. նրանք բողոքում են, որ ցորենը դաշտում է մնացել ու գազալցակայաններում հրաժարվում են լիցքավորել իրենց բեռնատարները, քանի որ գազաբալոններն ստուգված լինելու մասին վկայագիր չունեք, հաղորդում է «Ազատությունը»:

«Էստեղ անվտանգության խնդիրը չի գնում, մենք վաղուց համոզվել ենք, որ ոչ մեկ մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգության համար չի մտածում, դա ժողովրդին տուպիկ տալու ձև ա, մեկը բալոն ա ներկրել, էդ բալոնները պիտի փոխեն: Ոչ մեկը չի հարցնում՝ խոտը դաշտում ա մնացել», - ասաց հավաքվածներից մեկը:

Գյուղացիները նշում են, որ բեռնատարների վրա երեք և ավելի գազաբալոն են տեղադրում, որոնք հիմնականում հին արտադրության են։ Հունձի սեզոնին մինչև կես միլիոն դրամի ծախսի տակ են ընկնում բոլոր այդ բալոնները փոխելու համար։ Ավելին, լիցենզավորման կայաններում հրաժարվում են նույնիսկ ստուգել՝ իրենց արդեն ժամկետանց բալոնները օգտագործելի՞ են, թե՞ ոչ։

Այս տարվա փետրվարին ընդունված օրենքով այսօրվանից ավտոմեքենաների վրա տեղադրված գազաբալոնները չեն լիցքավորվի, եթե դրանք տեղադրված կամ վկայագրված չեն լիցենզավորված կազմակերպության կողմից։ Նաև գազաբալոնների արտադրության ժամկետների սահմանափակումներ կան։ Վարորդները դժգոհում են լիցենզավորման կայանների երկար հերթերից։

Լոռու մարզի միակ կայանը Սպիտակ քաղաքում է։ Ամբողջ մարզի գազով լիցքավորվող մեքենաներն ստիպված են այս միակ կայանում ստուգում անցնել։ Ընդ որում, դրանից օգտվելով կայանները բարձրացնում են գները։ Վարորդներն օրինակ են բերում՝ Գյումրիում գազաբալոն ստուգելն արժե 9000 դրամ, Սպիտակում՝ 15-18000 դրամ։

«Տվյալ պահին մարդիկ մինչև դեկտեմբերի քանիսը գրանցման մեջ են, հերթի մեջ», - նշեց հավաքվածներից մեկը:

Քիչ անց բողոքի դուրս եկած գյուղացիները լուր ստացան, որ վարչապետ Փաշինյանն անցնելու է իրենց փակած ճանապարհով։ Համաձայնեցին բացել ճանապարհը՝ պայմանով, որ երկրի ղեկավարը հանդիպի իրենց, անձամբ լսի դժգոհություններն ու լուծում տա դրանց։ Վարչապետը եկավ, լսեց ու հենց տեղից զանգեց տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանին։ Հանձնարարեց՝ ժամկետանց գազաբալոնները թույլատրել ստուգում անցկացնել, եթե դրանք ի վիճակի են շահագործման, վկայագիր տալ։ Խոստացավ միջոցներ ձեռնարկել ավելացնելու լիցենզավորման կայաններն ու հնարավորություն ստեղծել օնլայն հարթակում հերթագրվել ու սպասել հերթի։

Վարչապետը նախարարի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ զարմացավ, որ մինչև հիմա չկա նման հնարավորություն և վարորդներն ստիպված են հերթագրվելու համար հասնել իրենցից բավականաչափ հեռու գտնվող կայաններ։

«Էլեկտրոնայինի ամբողջ իմաստն այն է, որ որտեղից ուզում է, թող մտնի հերթագրվի: Ապահովեք, թող մարդիկ առանց ֆիզիկապես գնալու հերթագրվեն, էլեկտրոնային շտեմարաններում իրանց տվյալները լինի, գնան լիցքավորվեն իրենց գործ անեն, մինչև իրանց հերթը կգա», - ասաց վարչապետը:
