Միանշանակ պաշտպանում ենք Սերբիային, սերբերի կողքին ենք. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն՝ Բալկաններում ճգնաժամի մասին

Մոսկվան աջակցում է Սերբիային չճանաչված Կոսովոյի Հանրապետության շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակում, ՏԱՍՍ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնել է ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը՝ ընդգծելով, որ Կոսովոյի իշխանությունների պահանջները հյուսիսում բնակվող սերբերին անհիմն են:
«Մենք, իհարկե, միանշանակ պաշտպանում ենք Սերբիային: Մենք Կոսովոյի սերբերի կողքին ենք: Մենք կարծում ենք, որ դրանք (Կոսովոյի իշխանությունների պահանջները) բացարձակապես անհիմն պահանջներ են», - ասել է Կրեմլի խոսնակը:
Արևմտյան երկրները, որոնք ճանաչել են Կոսովոյի անկախությունը, պետք է նախազգուշացնեն շրջանի իշխանություններին չմտածված քայլերի հարցում, իսկ այնտեղ ապրող սերբերի իրավունքները պետք է հարգվեն, հավելել է Պեսկովը։
«Իհարկե, մենք կարծում ենք, որ այն երկրները, որոնք ճանաչել են Կոսովոն և հանդես են եկել որպես երաշխավոր, պետք է օգտագործեն իրենց ամբողջ ազդեցությունը՝ նախազգուշացնելու Կոսովոյի իշխանություններին չմտածված քայլեր ձեռնարկելուց, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել լարվածության հետագա սրման: Մենք պահանջում ենք հարգել սերբերի բոլոր իրավունքները»,- ընդգծել է Պեսկովը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Կոսովոյում իրավիճակը սրվել է կիրակի երեկոյան։ Կոսովոյի իշխանությունները նոր որոշում են կայացրել Կոսովոյի անձնագրերի և պետհամարանիշների օգտագործման մասին բոլոր քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում՝ սերբերի համար։ Կոսովոյի վարչապետ Ալբին Կուրտին ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ տարածաշրջանում ապրող սերբերին անհրաժեշտ է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 30-ը վերագրանցել իրենց մեքենաները չճանաչված պետության նորմերին համապատասխան։ Այս որոշումից հետո Հյուսիսային Կոսովոյում բնակվող սերբերն արգելափակել են անցակետերը։ Դրանից հետո Կոսովոյում օդային տագնապի ազդանշաններ են հնչել։ Ոստիկանությունը հայտնել է, որ որոշ շրջաններում կրակոցներ են հնչել, սակայն տուժածներ չկան:
Ավելի ուշ հաղորդվել է, որ Կոսովոյի ղեկավարությունը մեկ ամսով՝ մինչև սեպտեմբերի 1-ը, հետաձգել է սերբական փաստաթղթերի վրա արգելք սահմանելու ընթացակարգը։ Հանրապետության իշխանությունները պահանջել են վերացնել բոլոր բարիկադները և սահմանել տեղաշարժի լիակատար ազատություն Կոսովոյի հյուսիսում:
