Ֆրանկֆուրտում ոստիկանների տներ են խուզարկվել

Ֆրանկֆուրտի ոստիկանները կրկին գրավել են դատախազության ուշադրությունը: Ծայրահեղականների գործունեության հետաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ոստիկանների խմբային ինտերնետային չաթում հրապարակված մեկնաբանությունները հակասում են Գերմանիայի Հիմնական օրենքին, գրել է Deutsche Welle-ն։
Ֆրանկֆուրտի դատախազությունը եւ Հեսսենի դաշնային նահանգի Քրեական ոստիկանության գրասենյակը խուզարկություններ են հայտարարել Ֆրանկֆուրտի ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի հինգ անդամների տներում։ Երկու գերատեսչություններն էլ հայտնել են, որ հետաքննություն է ընթանում բարձրաստիճան ոստիկանների նկատմամբ: Բոլոր հինգ ոստիկաններն էլ հեռացվել են աշխատանքից։
Ֆրանկֆուրտի ոստիկանությունը նախկինում եւս հայտնվել է սկանդալների կենտրոնում։ Վերջերս՝ 2022 թվականի ապրիլին, դատախազությունը մեղադրանք էր առաջադրել իր մի քանի աշխատակիցների, որոնք իբր իրենց չաթի խմբում տարածել են նացիստական բնույթի լուսանկարներ եւ տեսանյութեր:
Տարածված տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ այս պահին հետաքննություն է անցկացվում մեկ ոստիկանի նկատմամբ՝ հակասահմանադրական կազմակերպությունների խորհրդանիշներ օգտագործելու կասկածով։ Երեք սպա մեղադրվում են ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս արդարադատության իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու համար, եւ եւս մեկը՝ ծառայողական գաղտնապահությունըը խախտելու համար։
