«Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնությունն անցնում է պայքարի նոր հարթակ` չմոռանալով ու բաց չթողնելով փողոցային պայքարը։ Այդ մասին Ազատության հրապարակում հայտարարել է «Ոչ թալանին» նախաձեռնության անդամ Վաղինակ Շուշանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, իրենք ցանկացած վայրկյանի կարող ենք դուրս գալ, Բաղրամյան պողոտան փակել: «Այնտեղ մնալն իր արդյունքը տվել է, շարունակում է տալ: Այնտեղ մնացած մարդիկ պահպանում են ակտուալությունը: Այս պահին իշխանությունները կես քայլ հետ են գնացել, կես քայլ: Ոչ թե մենք ենք մեկ քայլ առաջ գնացել, այլ իրենք կես քայլ հետ են գնացել:

Աուդիտորական խումբ են ձեւավորել, որ ուսումնասիրեն ՀԷՑ-ի ծախսերը, շռայլությունները, հրավիրել են ակտիվիստների, տնտեսագետների, միջազգային փորձագետների, հանրության կողմից մարդկանց, ովքեր կհետեւեն այդ ամենին: Նախաձեռնությունից նույնպես 2-3 հոգի կարող է մասնակցել: Սակայն մասնակցելը դեռ քննարկման փուլում է: Պետք է հասկանալ` ճիշտ կլինի մասնակցել աուդիտին, թե ոչ»,- ասել է նա եւ հավելել, որ պայքարի հաջորդ փուլում` կընտրվեն իրավաբաններ, տնտեսագետներ, փորձագետներ, որոնք կարող են վերլուծություն անել ու պարզել, թե դա զուտ ձեւական բնույթ է կրելու, թե ոչ։

Խոսելով Բաղրամյան պողոտա գնալու մասին՝ Շուշանյանն ասել է. «Ես պատրաստ եմ ամեն օր գնալ, կանգնել, ջրվել, ծեծվել: Բայց Սեւակը մի լավ խոսք ունի` «Պատը էլի կմնա պատ, կպակասի մի լավ ճակատ»: Բետոնե պատին անընդհատ խփվելով բանի չենք հասնի, դրա համար պետք է պայքարի հարթակը մեծացնենք: Ամեն կողմից հարվածենք, որ իրենք թուլանան»:
