3dnews.ru-ն գրում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ի էներգետիկայի նախարարությունը հայտարարել է արևային էներգիայի արտադրության և վերամշակման մեջ 56 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրման մասին: Ներկայումս երկիրը 90%-ով կախված է ներկրվող արևային մարտկոցներից, ինչը համարվում է ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք։ Իշխանությունների կողմից հատկացված միջոցները կօգնեն ստեղծել նոր արևային մարտկոցներ, դրանց արտադրության նոր տեխնոլոգիաներ և հին վահանակների վերամշակման արդյունավետ գործընթացներ։

Անցյալ ամիս ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջոզեֆ Բայդենը օգտվել է Պաշտպանության արտադրության ակտի արտակարգ լիազորությունից` երկու տարով Հարավարևելյան Ասիայից արևային մարտկոցների ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերը հանելու համար: Տարածաշրջանի մի շարք արտադրողների առնչությամբ ԱՄՆ-ի իշխանությունները հետաքննություն են անցկացրել` ուսումնասիրելով պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող չինական արտադրանքի ԱՄՆ թաքնված մատակարարումների հարցը։ Պաշտպանական արտադրության ակտը թույլ է տալիս հետաքննությունը շարունակել և ապահովել վահանակների անխափան մատակարարում ԱՄՆ արևային ֆերմաների նախագծերի համար:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ԱՄՆ-ը հասկանում է, որ վատ վերահսկվող մատակարարման շղթաներից կախված լինելը լավ որոշում չէ։ Ապագայում անհրաժեշտ է երկրում զարգացնել արևային մարտկոցների ամենաառաջադեմ արտադրություն և սովորել, թե ինչպես խորապես վերամշակել օգտագործված վահանակները: Հենց այս երկու ոլորտներին են ուղղվում պետական ​​ներդրումները։ Ի դեպ, այդ նպատակների համար 10 մլն դոլարը գոյանալու է «Ենթակառուցվածքային ներդրումների մասին» օրենքով նախատեսված հիմնադրամից։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, հայտարարագրված միջոցները կբաժանվեն երկու լայն կատեգորիաների միջև: 29 մլն կտրամադրվի պերովսկիտային ֆոտովոլտային բջիջներից ֆոտոգալվանային ոլորտում հետազոտությունների և զարգացումների, վահանակների ավելի ամբողջական վերամշակման և բաղադրիչների վերաօգտագործման նախագծերի, արտադրության ծախսերը կրճատող ֆոտոգալվանային մոդուլների նախագծման նախագծերի, ինչպես նաև արտադրության զարգացմանն ուղղված նախագծերի ֆինանսավորմանը։

Մնացած գումարը՝ 27 միլիոն դոլարը, կօգտագործվի նոր տեխնոլոգիաների առևտրայնացման համար, որոնք կարող են ընդլայնել մասնավոր ներդրումները ԱՄՆ-ի արևային էներգիայի արտադրության մեջ: Մասնավորապես, ֆինանսավորում կստանա կադմիումի տելուրիդից արևային մարտկոցների արտադրությունը։ Նման վահանակները կախված չեն լինի պոլիբյուրեղային սիլիցիումի մատակարարումներից, որն արտադրվում է հիմնականում Չինաստանում։
