Հրապարակվեց Փարիզի 2024 թվականի օլիմպիական խաղերի կարգախոսը։ Թարգմանվելով տարբեր լեզուներով՝ կարգախոսը տարբեր երանգներ է ստանում, սակայն իր գլխավոր իմաստը օլիմպիական խաղերի սահմաններն ընդարձակելն է՝ «Լայն բաց անենք խաղերը»։
 
Այսօրվա հակամարտություններով ու հակասություններով լի աշխարհում սա խորհրդանշական է։
Օլիմպիական գաղափարախոսությունը և օլիմպիական շարժումն իր էությամբ ենթադրում են խաղաղություն, արդար մրցակցություն, ազնիվ պայքար և ազնիվ հարաբերություններ։
 
Կարգախոսը հուշում է այն միտումները, որով առաջ է գնալու օլիմպիական համայնքը. դա նոր հնարավորությունների, լուծումների, նոր գաղափարների մասին է։
Վստահաբար, 2024 թվականին Փարիզում լինելու է մեծ ու շքեղ իրադարձություն, որտեղ պետությունները, մարզիկները, մարզիչները , մարզասերները ներկայացնելու են իրենց լավագույն որակները։
 
Հայաստանի օլիմպիական կոմիտեն մեծ պատասխանատվությամբ է պատրաստվում առաջիկա օլիմպիական խաղերին, հատկապես որ դրանք կայանալու են մեզ բարեկամ երկրում, որտեղ կա հայկական մեծ ու հեղինակավոր համայնք։
Հայաստանը պատրաստ է այդ ամենակարևոր մարզական միջոցառմանը պատվով և արժանապատվությամբ ներկայանալու, մենք պատրաստ ենք արժանի կերպով մասնակցելու պետությունների և ժողովուրդների արդար ու խաղաղ մրցակցությանը։
