Արտակ Զաքարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է.
 
Անդրեասղուկասյան կոչվող ոմն մեկը, վերջերս politik.am կայքին տրված հարցազրույցում իրեն հատուկ անբարո ցինիզմով է մեկնաբանել Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարած արտաքին քաղաքականության մի հատվածը:
 
Սույն կենդանին, իրեն բացարձակ էշի տեղ դրած, իբրև թե անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի վարած հավասարակշռված, բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականությանը: Նշեմ, որ տգիտության ու ողորմելիության աստիճանի հասնող վերլուծությունը ոչ մի կապ չունի իրական քաղաքականության հետ: Դրանով սույն սուբյեկտը ավելի շատ նմանվել է մի ծաղրածուի, որի խնդիրը սեփական խղճուկ ոչնչության վրա ուշադրություն հրավիրելն էր: Այդ մասով կարծես թե հաջողել է:
 
Տգետ երևույթը երևի չի հիշում, թե ինչպես էին նույն ԵՄ-ի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները կարևորում ու բարձր գնահատում Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության յուրահատկությունը: Նույն ԵՄ-ն էր արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում ՀՀ քաղաքականությունն անվանում «Unique case»: Իսկ 2017-ին հենց Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի շնորհիվ հնարավոր դարձավ ԵՄ հետ CEPA (Հայաստան-ԵՄ համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագիր) ստորագրումը:
 
Ինչ վերաբերում է իբրև թե Սվիտալսկու խոսքերը մեջբերելուն, ապա Անդրեաս կոչվող դեբիլոիդը նախ թող հիմնավորի, որ նախկին դեսպանը նման կերպ է մեկնաբանել ՀՀ-ԵՄ բանակցային թեմաները, և երկրորդը` հանուն քո երկրի շահերի արված ցանկացած քայլ, միայն ողջունելի է: Այդ թվում նաև ԵՄ տեխնիկական ու ֆինանսական աջակցությունը, որն ուղղվել է Հայաստանում ամենատարբեր ոլորտների բարեփոխումներին: Իսկ ԵՄ-ն ինքն էր շահագրգիռ ԱլԳ շրջանակներում աջակցել այդ բարեփոխումներին:
 
Ցավոք անդրեասղուկասյանանմաններ էլի կան մեր երկրում, որոնք օգտվելով նիկոլիզմի հրահրած կեղծիքի ու ստի միջավայրից, իրենց բաժին սուտն ու կեղծիքն են տարածում` շաղախված սեփական բոսյակային մեկնաբանություններով: Բայց դա երկար շարունակվել չի կարող և ամեն ինչ ժամանակի հետ նորից իր տեղը կընկնի:
