Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով բացահայտումներ կլինեն

Երևանի Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում արդեն եկող շաբաթվա սկզբին կմեկնարկի «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դատաքննությունը։
Նախաքննական մարմինն ավարտել է քրեական գործի քննությունը և այն ուղարկել դատարան, գործը քննելու է տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը։ Մինչ գործի նախաքննության ավարտը, Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները իրավունքի ուժով կաշկանդված էին բազմաթիվ բացահայտումներ անելուն, սակայն այլևս, երբ գործը դատավորի մոտ է, փաստաբաններն ու ընտանիքի անդամները կարող են առաջին անգամ, կաշկանդված չլինելով նախաքննության գաղտնիությունից, բացահայտել ապօրինություններն ու բռնաճնշումները, որ կիրառվել են Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործով։ Այդ կապակցությամբ հենց երկուշաբթի օրը Երևանում տեղի կունենա Ավետիք Չալաբյանի ընտանիքի, պաշտպանական խմբի և գաղափարակիցների մամուլի ասուլիսը։
Փաստաբանների տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը պատվախնդիր հայ է, 4 երեխաների հայր, սիրող ամուսին, հարգանք վայելող մասնագետ։
«Ավետիքն այսօր անազատության մեջ է, որովհետև նա փաստերով ու հիմնավորումներով քննադատել է խայտառակ կապիտուլյացիա ստորագրած ՀՀ իշխանություններին։ Ավետիքը քաղբանտարկյալ է, ում դեպքը ԶԼՄ ուշադրության կարիքն ունի»,- նշել են նրանք։
Քրեական գործի բազմաթիվ հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ ԶԼՄ-ներն ամիսներ շարունակ տեղեկություններ տարածել են և գրեթե 2 ամսից ավելի մամուլը ողողել են հասարակական-քաղաքական գործչի նկատմամբ իրականացվող ապօրինությունների մասին տեղեկություններով։ Վստահաբար կարելի է նշել, որ գործում կան բազմաթիվ այլ հանգամանքներ, որոնք դեռևս չեն ներկայացվել, և անհամբեր սպասում ենք բոլոր այն մանրամասներին, որոնք մեկ անգամ ևս լույս կսփռեն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների իրականացրած ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ։
Հիշեցնենք Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կալանքի տակ է ընդամենը 1 հոգու՝ Ագրարային համալսարանի ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանի կեղծ ցուցմունքի հիման վրա, և իշխանություններն այլևս ի վիճակի չեն, նախաքննության գաղտնիությանը հղում անելով, Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պահել անազատության մեջ։ Ուստի և, մի քանի անգամ հատուկ գործողություններ իրականացրեցին, նույնիսկ գաղտնի փոխեցին օրենքի տեքստը, որպեսզի կարողանան Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պահել անազատության մեջ։
Որպեսզի Չալաբյանի գործը քննի Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը, նույնիսկ ձեռքով իրականացրեցին գործի մակագրումը։ Այդուհանդերձ չափազանց քիչ մնաց, և առաջիկայում այս քրեական գործը փլուզվելու է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի գլխին։
