ԵՄ-ն կրկին դատի է տվել Մեծ Բրիտանիային

Եվրահանձնաժողովը չորս նոր դատական հայց է նախաձեռնել ընդդեմ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի այն բանից հետո, երբ բրիտանական խորհրդարանի ստորին պալատը հավանություն է տվել օրինագծին, որը վերացնում է Brexit-ից հետո Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի առեւտրային գործարքները կարգավորող որոշ կանոններ:
ԵՀ-ն հայտարարել է, որ այս առեւտրային համաձայնագրերը կարգավորող արձանագրության վերաբերյալ բովանդակալից քննարկումներին Մեծ Բրիտանիայի մասնակցել չցանկանալը եւ Համայնքների պալատում Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի արձանագրության օրինագծի ընդունումը խաթարել են համագործակցության ոգին:
Դա «խախտման մասին վարույթների» թիվը հասցնում է 7-ի, որոնք Եվրահանձնաժողովը սկսել է, քանի որ կարծում է, որ, իր կարծիքով, Մեծ Բրիտանիան չի պահպանում Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի հետ ամուսնալուծության համաձայնագրի առեւտրային ասպեկտները, որոնք համաձայնեցրել են երկու կողմերը:
Ընթացակարգերը կարող են հանգեցնել նրան, որ Եվրոպական դատարանը (ԵԴ) տուգանքներ սահմանի, թեեւ դա հազիվ թե տեղի ունենա առնվազն մեկ տարի, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:
Լոնդոնն առաջարկել է չեղարկել Միացյալ Թագավորության մնացած մասից բրիտանական նահանգ ժամանող ապրանքների որոշ ստուգումներ եւ վիճարկել է Եվրոպական դատարանի դերը ԵՄ-ի եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կողմից համաձայնեցված Brexit-ից հետո համաձայնագրի որոշ մասերի առնչությամբ որոշում կայացնելու հարցում:
Չորս նոր դատական գործընթացները կապված են ոչ թե Մեծ Բրիտանիայի նոր ծրագրերի, այլ այն մեղադրանքի հետ, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան չի կատարել արձանագրությունը:
Բրիտանական նահանգը գտնվում է ԵՄ ապրանքների միասնական շուկայում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ Միացյալ Թագավորության մնացած տարածքներից ներմուծումները ենթակա են մաքսային հայտարարագրի եւ երբեմն ստուգում են պահանջում ժամանելուն պես:
Համաձայնագիրը ստեղծվել է Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի եւ ԵՄ անդամ Իռլանդիայի միջեւ սահմանային հսկողության վերականգնումից խուսափելու համար, սակայն այն առաջացրել է բրիտանամետ արհմիութենական կուսակցությունների ցասումը:
Մասնավորապես, հանձնաժողովը Մեծ Բրիտանիային մեղադրել է Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայից Մեծ Բրիտանիա տեղափոխվող ապրանքների հետ կապված մաքսային պահանջները չկատարելու, ընդհանուր առմամբ ակցիզային տուրքերի եւ ալկոհոլային խմիչքների մաքսատուրքերի եւ էլեկտրոնային առեւտրի համար վաճառքի հարկի ԵՄ կանոնները չկատարելու համար։
Հանձնաժողովը Մեծ Բրիտանիային երկու ամիս ժամանակ է տվել պատասխանելու համար:
