u-f.ru-ն «Փորձագետ Լեպեխինը պատմել է, թե որտե՞ղ ԱՄՆ-ը կարող է բացել երկրորդ ճակատ Ռուսաստանի դեմ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Եվրասիական ինստիտուտի գլխավոր տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Լեպեխինը խոսել է Ռուսաստանի դեմ ԱՄՆ-ի հնարավոր երկրորդ ճակատի բացման մասին և մեկնաբանել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի տագնապալի այն հայտարարությունը, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները իրենց պարտավորությունները չեն կատարում։ Ըստ փորձագետի, ԱՄՆ-ի ԿՀՎ-ի ղեկավարը ժամանել էր Հայաստան, և Ռուսաստանը հասկացել է, որ պետք է ինչ-որ բան անել: Ընդ որում, Մոսկվայի ուժեղացման և ԱՄՆ-ի զսպման միակ ճանապարհը Իրանի հետ համագործակցությունն է՝ որպես այլընտրանք:
Օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ կան, որ տարածաշրջանում ինչ-որ բան է նախապատրաստվում, ինչի պատճառով էլ որոշվել է արագացնել Թեհրանի հետ գործընկերության գործընթացը, համոզմունք է հայտնել Լեպեխինը։ «Երկու պատճառ կա. առաջին՝ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները, և երկրորդ՝ հնարավոր սրացումը տարածաշրջանում: Ավելին, պատժամիջոցների պայմաններում Իրանը վաղուց է սովորել շրջանցել դրանք, առևտուր է անում շատերի հետ։ Ռուսաստանը նույնպես գնում է դրան, պետությունը պետք է կառուցի իր փոխգործակցության համակարգը, իրականացնի ռուսական նավթի վաճառքը սև շուկայում: Համաձայնագիր կնքելը ձևականություն է, օրակարգի հարցերի 90 %-ը չի գովազդվում»,- ասել է նա։
Եվրասիական ինստիտուտի գլխավոր տնօրենը նաև կարծիք է հայտնել Ռուսաստանի դեմ «ԱՄՆ-ի երկրորդ ճակատ» նախապատրաստելու մասին։ «Հարավային Կովկասում շատ բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել։ ԿՀՎ-ի ղեկավարը մի քանի օր առաջ եղել է Հայաստանում։ Դա կարող է նշանակել, որ նոր կոմբինացիա է սկսվում Ռուսաստանի համար երկրորդ ճակատ ձևավորելու կամ տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը ապակայունացնելու համար»,- ասել է փորձագետը։
Թուրքիան ևս ամենուր գործուղում է իր ներկայացուցիչներին և, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, խաղում է իր խաղը, հավելել է Վլադիմիր Լեպեխինը:
