ՀՀ կառավարության հուլիսի 21-ի նիստում փոփոխություն է կատարվել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման կարգում՝ ընդլայնելով մարզաձևերի ցանկը, որով բարձր նվաճում ունեցող մարզիկներին տրամադրվում է տարկետում:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից, համաձայն նոր փոփոխության` տարկետման իրավունքից կօգտվեն նաև պրոֆեսիոնալ բռնցքամարտ (Բռնցքամարտի համաշխարհային խորհրդի (WBC) կա՛մ Բռնցքամարտի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի (IBF), կա՛մ Բռնցքամարտի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (WBO), կա՛մ Բռնցքամարտի համաշխարհային ասոցիացիայի (WBA) վարկածներով) և մարտեր առանց կանոնների (ՅՈՒ ԷՖ ՍԻ վարկածով) մարզաձևերի ներկայացուցիչները՝ աշխարհի չեմպիոնի կոչում ունենալու դեպքում:

Նախագիծը մշակել է ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ աշխարհում շատ են պրոֆեսիոնալ բռնցքամարտ և մարտեր առանց կանոնների մարզաձևերով զբաղվող հայ մարզիկները: Այսպիսով՝ այս մարզաձևերից աշխարհի չեմպիոն դարձած մարզիկները, որոնք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահի հրամանագրով ստացել են ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն՝ ՀՀ դրոշի ներքո մարզական միջոցառումներին մասնակցելու համար,  կօգտվեն պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետման իրավունքից:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ի № 450-Ն որոշմամբ սպորտի բնագավառում նշանակալի նվաճումներ ունեցող քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվում է պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետում: Որոշմամբ սահմանված տարկետման իրավունքից մինչև այս օգտվում էին օլիմպիական մարզաձևերով զբաղվող մարզիկները, ինչպես նաև ոչ օլիմպիական մարզաձևերից ուշու (բացառությամբ կատաների), սամբո, շախմատ, նավամոդել և բազկամարտ մարզաձևերով զբաղվող մարզիկները: Այժմ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել ոչ օլիմպիական մարզաձևերի շարքում ավելացնել նաև պրոֆեսիոնալ բռնցքամարտ և մարտեր առանց կանոնների մարզաձևերը:

Պրոֆեսիոնալ բռնցքամարտ և մարտեր առանց կանոնների մարզաձևերում աշխարհի չեմպիոնի կոչումը որոշելու համար անցկացվում են չեմպիոնական մենամարտեր, չի անցկացվում աշխարհի առաջնություն:

Պրոֆեսիոնալ բռնցքամարտ (Բռնցքամարտի համաշխարհային խորհրդի (WBC) կա՛մ Բռնցքամարտի միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի (IBF), կա՛մ Բռնցքամարտի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (WBO), կա՛մ Բռնցքամարտի համաշխարհային ասոցիացիայի (WBA) վարկածներով) և մարտեր առանց կանոնների (ՅՈՒ ԷՖ ՍԻ վարկածով) մարզաձևերից աշխարհի չեմպիոնի որոշման չեմպիոնական մենամարտի հաղթողի կոչումը համահավասարեցվում է աշխարհի չեմպիոնի կոչմանը:
