Մեծապես կարևորում եմ Հայաստանի և Բելգիայի ժողովուրդների ավանդական բարեկամության վրա հիմնված միջպետական հարաբերությունների շարունակական զարգացումն ու ամրապնդումը:

Այս տարի մարտին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ու Բելգիայի Թագավորությունը նշեցին դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակը, ինչը ևս մեկ առիթ է գնահատելու ընդհանուր արժեհամակարգի և սկզբունքների վրա հիմնված մեր պարտավորությունները՝ ապագայում ևս զարգացնելու մեր համագործակցությունը, նպաստելու խաղաղության և կայուն զարգացման հաստատմանը Եվրոպական ընտանիքում և ամբողջ աշխարհում:

Համոզված եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով Հայաստանի և Բելգիայի միջև փոխշահավետ համագործակցությունը կշարունակի զարգանալ և ընդլայնվել երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան-ԵՄ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի շրջանակում:

Օգտվելով առիթից՝ սիրով հրավիրում եմ Ձեզ այցելել Հայաստան՝ Ձեզ համար հարմար ցանկացած ժամանակ:
