Արցախի պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեղեկացրել է, որ մանկական վիրաբույժ, բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր Արա Բաբլոյանը նշանակվել է Արցախի պետական նախարարի հասարակական հիմունքներով խորհրդական՝ առողջապահության գծով:

«Ուրախ եմ տեղեկացնել, որ այսօր ստորագրածս հրամանով մանկական վիրաբույժ-ուրոլոգ, բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր և պետական գործիչ Արա Բաբլոյանին նշանակել եմ Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարարի հասարակական հիմունքներով խորհրդական՝ առողջապահության գծով:

Վստահ եմ, որ սա լրացուցիչ մեխանիզմ կդառնա պարոն Բաբլոյանի ներուժն ու մեծ փորձառությունն ի սպաս դնելու Արցախի առողջապահական համակարգի արդյունավետության շարունակական բարելավման գործին, առավել ևս, որ արդեն մտնում ենք ոլորտի ռազմավարության նախագծի վերջնականացման ու իրագործման փուլ:

Ինձ համար մեծ պատիվ է ունենալ մարդկային, մասնագիտական ու պետական նման որակներ խտացնող անձի անվերապահ աջակցությունը և շնորհակալ եմ պարոն Բաբլոյանին՝ իմ խնդրանք-առաջարկը սիրով ու անմիջապես ընդունելու համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Բաբլոյանը 1990 թվականին մասնագիտացված ուռոնեֆրոլոգիայի և մանկական վիրաբուժության կենտրոն է հիմնադրել։ 1991-1997 թվականներին եղել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար։ 2003 թվականին հիմնել է «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիր՝ երեխաների և դեռահասների առողջության ինստիտուտը։

2006 թվականին ընտրվել է ԵՊԲՀ մանկաբուժության և մանկական վիրաբուժության թիվ 1 ամբիոնի վարիչ։
