«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը տևական ժամանակ անազատության մեջ է։ Չալաբյանի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը ինչպես նաև իշխող ուժի՝ նրա նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքը, վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին. փաշինյանական վարչախումբը տանել չի կարողանում անկախ, իրապես իրենից կախվածություն չունեցող, ինչպես նաև «նախկինները քըխ» են թեզի տակ չանցնող մարդկանց։

Ըստ էության, նա չի տեղավորվում շարքային ընդդիմադրի՝ փաշինյանական կարծրատիպի մեջ և հենց այսքանով վտանգավոր է գործող իշխանությունների համար։ Եվ բոլորովին տարօրինակ չէ, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի համար դատավոր են ընտրել Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին։ Մարդ, ով բոլոր նախկինների և ներկաների օրոք չի խորշել իրականացնելու ամենավատ քննությունները։
