Արտակ Զաքարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գրել.
Երկար ժամանակ է, Հարավային Կովկասն ինտենսիվ քաղաքական ու ռազմական զարգացումների հիմնական թիրախ է դարձել, և երկու ուղղություններով էլ այսօր բախվում են բոլոր ուժային կենտրոնների ուղղակի և անուղղակի շահերը: Այն, ինչ տեղի է ունենում արևելաեվրոպական տարածաշրջանում, միայն Ուկրաինայով չի սահմանափակվի, կունենա տարբեր փոխակերպումներ, տարբեր ուղղություններով, բայց այդ ուղղության վրա շահերի բախումներն իրենց զգացնել են տալու երկար ժամանակ: Դա հենց այն հիմնական բախման կետն է, որը բերելու է նոր աշխարհակարգի, նոր աշխարհաքաղաքական հավասարակշռումների ու համաձայնությունների:
Հարավային Կովկասը, ինչպես միշտ, բոլոր աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումներում, բոլոր համաշխարհային պատերազմներում, բոլոր քաղաքական, տեկտոնական, գլոբալ ցնցումների ու բախումների ժամանակ, եղել է հիմնական թեժ խաչմերուկներից մեկը, որտեղ գլոբալ դերակատարները ձգտել են հարմար տեղավորվել: Ռուսաստանին այս տարածաշրջանից դուրս մղելու ցանկություններն ու ձգտումները չեն դադարում: Հիմա էլ դա կրկին ցանկանում են անել Թուրքիայի միջոցով:
