«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
ura.news-ը «Պուտինն ուժեղացրել է անվտանգությունը Ռուսաստանի հարավային սահմաններում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ըստ URA.RU-ի հետ զրուցած փորձագետների, Թեհրանում կայացած Աստանայի ձևաչափով գագաթաժողովում նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը պաշտպանել է Ռուսաստանի հարավային սահմանները Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության նոր սրացումից և մեծացրել իր ազդեցությունն այն երկրների վրա, որոնք կարող են օգնել Ուկրաինային: Պուտինը բարձրացրել է ինչպես Սիրիայի, այնպես էլ հենց Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության խնդիրները, ասել է Դաշնային խորհրդի միջազգային հարցերով կոմիտեի նախագահ Գրիգորի Կարասինը։ Նրա խոսքով, Թուրքիայի մասնակցությունը Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորմանը ավելի ապահով կդարձնի Ռուսաստանի հարավային սահմանները։
«Թեհրանում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի իրավիճակի քննարկումը դրական գործոն է, որը շուտով կդրսևորվի Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերություններում։ Մոսկվան աշխատում է այդ ուղղությամբ և Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի միջև երկխոսությունը նպաստում է ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանային, այլ նաև համաշխարհային քաղաքականության խնդիրների ավելի վստահ լուծմանը», - ասել է Կարասինը:
«Աստանայի ձևաչափի շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի ընդհանուր հարթակը ԱՄՆ-ի և նրա դաշնակիցների ազդեցությունը նվազեցնելու նպատակ ունի, և ոչ միայն Սիրիայում,- ասել է Ճգնաժամային հետազոտությունների կենտրոնի ավագ վերլուծաբան Սերգեյ Բալմասովը,- կարևոր է տեսնել պայմանավորվածությունների էությունը պաշտոնական հռետորաբանության հետևում, քանի որ ամենահետաքրքիրը մնում է կուլիսների հետևում։
Ամերիկացիներին չի հաջողվում ոչինչ անել Ռուսաստանին Թուրքիայի ձեռքով։ Իհարկե, հարաբերությունները բարդ են, սակայն Պուտինի՝ Թեհրան կատարած այցի արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս, որ երեք երկրներն ի վիճակի են բանակցել, իսկ դա վատ նշան է ԱՄՆ-ի համար»։ «Թուրքիան մեր դեմ պատժամիջոցներ չի կիրառել Ուկրաինայի պատճառով, թուրքերը չեն պատրաստվում մեզ հետ կռվել Սիրիայում կամ մեկ այլ տեղ,- ասել է Մերձավոր Արևել քի ինստիտուտի հետազոտական կենտրոնի նախագահ Եվգենի Սատանովսկին,- Թեհրանի գագաթաժողովը ցույց տվեց, որ Ռուսաստանի դիրքերը միջազգային ասպարեզում ամրապնդվել են»։
«Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի շահերը հատվում են ոչ միայն Սիրիայում, այլ նաև Անդրկովկասում, Կենտրոնական Ասիայում և շատ այլ տարածաշրջաններում։ Շահերի փոխադարձ հասկանալը մեծ պլ յուս է բոլորի, այդ թվում՝ Մոսկվայի համար։
Պուտինը, ի տարբերություն Ջո Բայդենի, այլ երկրների համար դասախոսություններ չի կարդում և չի սովորեցնում նրանց ապրել, ուստի ԱՄՆ-ի դիրքերն աշխարհում թուլանում են, իսկ Ռուսաստանինը՝ ամրապնդվում»,- եզրափակել է փորձագետը։
