Ընկերոջս՝ Դավիթ Վարդանյանի մահվան 40-րդ օրվա արարողությանը հանդիպեցի Միշա Չալաբյանին՝ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հորը:

Նա պատմեց, որ իր կրտսեր որդուն՝ Արա Չալաբյանին, որը  ԿԲ կորպորատիվ ծառայությունների դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարն է, ԿԲ նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանն ասել է, որ աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում գրի: ԿԲ նախագահն ասել է, որ իրեն այդպես անել ստիպել են կառավարությունից, հակառակ դեպքում՝ ազատման դիմում կգրի ինքը՝ Մարտին Գալստյանը:
Հաշվի առնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ վաղեմի մոտ հարաբերությունները, նույն օրն էլ դրա մասին գրեցի նրան՝ ակնկալելով պատասխան: Մամուլում ևս եղել էին այս թեմայով հրապարակումներ, սակայն հերքում չէր եղել:

Նման հարցի գոյությունն արդեն իսկ արժեզրկում էր պատասխանը. Մարտին Գալստյանը հո չէ՞ր խաբի , թե իրեն ստիպել են, որ նման բան փոխանցի Արա Չալաբյանին:
Նիկոլին հարցը գրելիս՝ մարդկային հարաբերություններից մի մեծ պատ փլվեց:
Մինչև չորեքշաբթի որևէ պատասխան չստանալով՝ այսօր զանգահարեցի նրան:
«Նամակը կարդացել եմ: Բեր էդ հարցը չքննարկենք»,-պատասխանեց Փաշինյանը:
«Բա եթե էս հարցը չքննարկենք, ուրիշ ի՞նչ հարց քննարկենք: Սենց  չեղավ, դրա համար չէինք 18 թվին իշխանություն փոխում»:
Նա շարունակում էր նույն բանը՝  «Բեր էս հարցը չքննարկենք, բեր էս հարցը չքննարկենք»:
Փաստորեն, չեղած տեղը,  Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ անազնիվ  ձևով գործ սարքեցին, բավական չէ, հիմա էլ ընկել են եղբոր հետևից:
Կոնկրետ հերթական քաղաքական հետապնդումն է: Անմեղ մարդկանց հետապնդելով՝ մեկին փակելով, մյուսին՝ աշխատանքից ազատելով, Փաշինյանը փորձում է վախի մթնոլորտ ստեղծել. եթե իշխանական քո համակարգն այնպիսին է, որ ցանկացած պահին անմեղ մարդուն կարող ես պատժել, շատերը սկսում են վախենալ և զգուշանալ, որ նույնը կարող է յուրաքանչյուրի հետ պատահել:
Եթե Ավետիք Չալաբյանի վրա գործ են սարքում, ուրեմն եղբայրն էլ իրավունք չունի աշխատել պետական համակարգում՝ անկախ նրանից, որ ոլորտի  բարձրակարգ մասնագետ է, իսկ աշխատանքը՝ ապաքաղաքական: Արա Չալաբյանի հետևից է ընկել՝ չպատկերացնելով, որ իր այս քայլով ինքն էլ  ապացուցում է, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի հանդեպ գործը սարքած է, քաղաքական հետապնդում է:

Բոլոր բնագավառները ձախողելով՝ պետությունը կորցնելու ընթացքի մեջ ենք, իսկ  Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ցանկացած քայլ միտված է բացառապես իր իշխանությունը պահելուն: Կլինի օլիգարխներին մինչև 2018 թվականի՝  ելման կարգավիճակին բերելով, իրավապահ համակարգն իր պես չմտածողների դեմ կիրառելով, ամեղ մարդկանց հետապնդելով:

2018  թվականին իշխանությունը փոխեցինք, որ ազատվենք ագահ, հիմար, կոռումպացված ու փտած ռեժիմից ՝ վստահ լինելով, որ նման մակարդակի խնդիրների չենք բախվելու, ամենօրյա  աշխատանքով, քայլ առ քայլ կորցրածը վերականգնելու ենք : Այդ ամենը չստացվեց. բոլոր խնդիրները խորացան, պատերազմում պարտվեցինք : 
Ի լրումն՝  ձեռք բերեցինք Շվարցի ձևակերպմամբ՝ շարքային մի վիշապի:
