«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Բավականին երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ իր լիազորություններն է իրականացնում 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող խորհրդարանական քննիչ հանձնաժողովը։ Մինչ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորումն իշխանություններն անընդհատ շեշտում էին, որ հենց սա է լինելու այն հարթակն ու ուսումնասիրող մարմինը, որը պետք է տա հանրությանը հուզող անհասկանալի ու չպարզաբանված բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանները: Սակայն պատերազմի հետ կապված դեռևս անորոշություն է տիրում, ինչպես և կանխատեսում էին շատերը՝ հայտարարելով, որ այս իշխանության օրոք ոչինչ էլ չի բացահայտվելու։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքները, մեղմ ասած, հարթ չեն ընթանում. այստեղ լուրջ խնդիրներ կան։ Մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ այս փուլում հանձնաժողով են հրավիրվում հիմնականում ԶՈՒ միջին սպայակազմի ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք առանձնապես չեն տիրապետում էական նշանակություն ունեցող տեղեկությունների և, որպես կանոն, ստանդարտ, հաճախ նույնիսկ հանրությանը հայտնի փաստեր են ներկայացնում։ Ինչպես մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկն ասաց, «ուղղակի զրից են անում»:

Ավելին, մինչ այս պահը պատերազմի ընթացքի առանցքային պատասխանատուներից ոչ ոք չի հրավիրվել հանձնաժողով։ Չնայած հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը տարբեր հարթակներում հայտարարում է, թե ծավալուն ցուցմունքներ կան, սակայն մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցում է, որ այդ ցուցմունքներում ոչ մի առանցքային տեղեկություն չկա։

Խոսքն, իհարկե, այնպիսի տեղեկությունների մասին է, որոնք ցանկանում են «ստանալ» օրվա իշխանությունները, որպեսզի ինքնամաքրման նպատակով պատերազմի ընթացքի ու պարտության թեմաները գցեն ուրիշների «գրպանը»:
