Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցության համանախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը ՖԲ իր էջում գրում է.
Ադրբեջանը օգտվելով այն հանգամանքից, որ Եվրոպական միությունը ցանկանում է ազատվել ռուսական գազից, նավթից և ածխից կախվածությունից, Եվորպական Միության հետ ստորագրել է էներգետիկ ոլորտին առնչվող հուշագիր, որով առաջիկա մի քանի տարիներին կկրկնապատկի Եվրոպա ուղարկվող գազի ծավալները։ Այս ամենից ոգևորված Ալիևը Հայաստանին և Ռուսաստանին մեղադրեց նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունները չկատարելու մեջ, մասնավորապես՝ այն բանում, թե իբր նախատեսված էր մինչև 2022 թ. հունիսը ՀՀ քաղաքացի համարվող զինծառայողներին դուրս բերել Արցախից: Իսկ ՀՀ ԱԽՔ-ը, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, արագ հանգստացնում է Ալիևին, որ արդեն հանել ենք զորքերը՝ հանգիստ եղեք: Ցավոք, այսպես էլ հայկական իշխանությունները չընկալեցին, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությունը դատավճիռ չէ, հաղթանակի կամ պարտության մասին չէ, այլ հրադադարի, չհամարձակվեցին ասել, որ այդ կետերը պետք է երկկողմ իրականացնել, ոչ թե միայն Հայաստանը: Զորքերը հանեցին, հիմա էլ Բերձորն ու Աղավնոն կհանձնեն: Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, մեր համար սակայն մի բան հստակ է՝ 44-օրյա պատերազմով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը չի լուծվել, և չի լուծվելու այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ հստակեցված չէ Արցախի Հանրապետության կարգավիճակը: Կամային բարձր հատկանիշներ դրսևորելով՝ մենք իսկապես կլուծենք այս հարցերը՝ քայլ առ քայլ, բանակցությունների շատ ծանր գործընթացում: Իհարկե դժվար է, բայց այլ ճանապարհ չկա:
