«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը բանտից նամակ է գրել՝ անդրադառնալով պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանի մահվան ողբերգական հանգամանքներին։

Նա արձանագրում է, թե ճակատագրի հեգնանք է, որ Հայաստանի ժողովուրդն արդեն երկրորդ անգամ անվերապահ և անսահմանափակ իշխանություն է տվել ղեկավարող խմբին, ընդ որում, եթե առաջին անգամ դա համընդհանուր ոգևորությամբ, դրական ակնկալիքների, անցյալի մերժման ֆոնին էր, ապա երկրորդ անգամ սա պարադոքս էր, եթե չասենք կոլեկտիվ ինքնախաբեություն։

Նրա խոսքով, հուսալ, որ ժողովրդավարական մեխանիզմներով 5 տարին մեկ ընտրությունների գնալով հնարավորություն կա փոխելու այս իրականությունը՝ միամտություն է, իշխանությունը, մեկ անգամ իրեն ենթարկելով իրավապահ համակարգը, ընդունակ է նրա միջոցով հնազանդության մեջ պահել հասարակության պակաս կրթված մեծամասնությանը և նրա միջոցով պարբերաբար վերարտադրվել՝ ֆորմալ տեսանկյունից պահպանելով «ժողովրդավավարության» շղարշը։

Չալաբյանը օրինակ է բերում 20-րդ դարի Մեքսիկայի պատմությունը, որը, ֆորմալ իմաստով ունենալով ժողովրդավարական ընտրություններ, իրականում մոտ 70 տարի ունեցել է միակուսակցական իշխանություն։

Ամենաողբերգական արձանագրումը, որ անում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանը, իրավապահ համակարգում ստեղծված իրավիճակն է։

«Վերջին 2 ամսում, գտնվելով կալանավայրում, ինձ «բախտ վիճակվեց» ամենօրյա ռեժիմով շփվել «իրավապահ» համակարգի տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների՝ դատավորների, դատախազների, քննիչների և ոստիկանների հետ: Մարդկանց, որոնց հետ ես երբեք չեմ առնչվել իմ նախորդ ողջ կյանքում, և որոնք ինձ համար մի անհայտ նոր աշխարհ էին: Այդ մարդկանց մեծ մասին առանձնացնում է հլու, իշխանության հանդեպ երբեմն աբսուրդի հասնող կամակատարությունը։ Նրանք առանց բացառության գիտակցում են, որ Արմենի, իմ, կամ մեր նման ուրիշների դեպքում նրանք օրենքի և իրավունքի հետ կապ չունեցող, բռի և կոպիտ պատվեր են կատարում, սակայն շարունակում են այն կատարել ստրուկի հնազանդությամբ»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը՝ օրինակ բերելով օսմանյան սուլթանների կողմից ստեղծված ենիչերիների կորպուսը։

Ավետիք Չալաբյանը զարմանք է հայտնում, որ մեր ժամանակներում կարող են լինել մարդիկ, որոնք առանց մտածելու, առանց գիտակցելու իրենց վրա դրված պատասխանավությունը՝ ստրկամտորեն ծառայում են գործող իշանություններին։

Ցավալիորեն այն, ինչ արձանագրում է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիրը, բոլորս կարող ենք տեսնել մեր շրջապատող մարդկանց մեջ։ Եվ, ըստ էության, հարկավոր է ամեն ինչ անել հանրությանը կրթելու, գիտակցությունը բարձրացնելու համար, այլապես Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը գոյատևման շանսեր չի ունենա։
