Տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ կառավարության ֆինանսատնտեսական բլոկի և Կենտրոնական բանկի հետ հանդիպում

Հուլիսի 15-ին Բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարությունում Առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միության (ԱՏՁՄ) նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցավ հանդիպում՝ դրամի արժևորման արդյունքում ոլորտում առաջացած խնդիրների լուծման թեմայով։
ԱՏՁՄ-ն դիմել էր ՀՀ վարչապետին՝ ֆինանսատնտեսական բլոկի ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպում կազմակերպելու և դրամի արժևորման արդյունքում ՏՏ ոլորտում տեղի ունեցող իրավիճակի մասին քննարկում հրավիրելու, որի թեման դրամի արժևորման արդյունքում ոլորտի ընկերությունների կրած և սպասվող վնասներն են։
Նամակի արդյունքում հուլիսի 15-ին հրավիրված ընդլայնված քննարկմանը մասնակցեցին Կենտրոնական բանկի, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի, ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության, ֆինանսների և էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչները։
Մասնակիցներին ներակայցվեց ԱՏՁՄ կողմից մշակված կառավարության որոշման նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է պետական աջակցություն տրամադրել ՏՏ ոլորտում լուծումների արտահանմամբ զբաղվող ընկերություններին, որոնք դրամի արժևորման արդյունքում մեծ վնասներ են կրում։
Քննարկվեցին նաև ֆինանսական շուկայի կանխատեսելիության բարձրացման հարցեր, մասնավորապես բանկերի կողմից որոշակի գործիքների կիրառման հարցը։ Նախնական պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց, որ նման գործիքներն առավել հասանելի կդարձվեն, ինչպես նաև կկազմակերպվեն հատուկ միջոցառումներ դրանց կիրառումը խթանելու համար։
Քննարկումների արդյունքում որոշում կայացվեց, որ պաշտոնապես ներկայացված նախագիծը պետական մարմինների կողմից կքննարկվի, կհաստակեցվեն պետական աջակցության եղանակներն ու շահառուները։
Առաջատար տեխնոլոգիաների ձեռնարկությունների միությունը գտնում է, որ լուծումները պետք է տրվեն ամենակարճ ժամկետներում, քանի որ ոլորտի կորուստները ավելանում են օրեցօր, և ստեղծվել է անելանելի իրավիճակ բազմաթիվ ընկերությունների համար։
