Այսօր Թեհրանում որոշվելու է Հայաստանի և Հայ ժողովրդի ճակատագիրը.

Թեհրանում հանդիպելու են Իրանի, Ռուսատանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահները, իսկ մինչ այդ Հայաստան էին ժամանել ԱՄՆ, Իրանի և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայությունների ղեկավարները:

Իրանը հայտարարեց, որ արդեն պատրաստ է միջուկային զենքի պատրստման, ունի բոլոր անհրաժեշտ տեխնոլոգիաները:

Ադրբեջանը ԵՄ հետ հաստատում է ռազմավարական էներգետիկ համագործակցոթյուն՝ պարտավորվելով ավելացներ Եվրոպա արտահանվող նավթի և գազի ծավալները՝ դրանով իսկ նվազեցնելով Եվրոպայի էներգետիկ կախվածությունը Մոսկվայից: Հայտարարվեց նաև ԵՄ հետ առաջիկա ամիսներին ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին համաձայնագիր ստորագրելու նպատակների մասին:

Շարունակվում է Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի նկրտումները Սյունիքի և Հայաստանի այլ տարածքների ու ենթակառուցվածքների նկատմամբ՝ համարելով այս պահը պատմական հնարավորություն հայկական հարցը վերջնականապես լուծելու և տարածաշրջանը հայերից մաքրելու համար:
Նշված բոլոր փաստերը վկայում են այն մասին, որ այս պահին որոշվում է Հարավային կովկասում ուժերի հարաբերակցության հարցն ու Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը, որտեղ մենք ոչ թե սեղանի շուրջ ենք, այլ սեղանի վրա:

Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի նպատակների վերջնական իրականացմանը խոչընդոտում է միայն տարածաշրջանում դեռևս կարևոր մնացած ռուսական գործոնը կամ որ նույնն է Արցախում և Հայաստանում ռուսական զինված ուժերի առկայությունը:

Ռուսաստանի տարածաշրջանային ազդեցությունը չեզոքացնելու հարցում համընկել են ԱՄՆ, ԵՄ, Միացյալ Թագավորության, Թուրքիայի ու Ադրբեջանի շահերը, ինչին հակադրվում են Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի շահերը:

Ոչ Ռուսաստանը, ոչ Իրանը պատրաստ չեն զիջել, ինչի ապացույցը Ռուսաստանի Արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայության ղեկավար Նարիշկինի Երևանում արված հայտարարությունն ու Ռուսաստան-Իրան ռազմավարական համագործակցության մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրման նախապատրաստումն է:

Եթե նկատեցիք, Հայաստանի շահերի մասին ոչինչ չասվեց, քանի որ սեղանի վրա գտնվող միավորը գործընթացների սուբյեկտ չի կարող լինել. այն հանդես է գալիս օբյեկտի կարգավիճակում, իսկ Հայաստանի դե-յուրե իշխանությունները փաստացի գործում են թուրք-ադրբեջանական շահերի սպասարկման տիրույթում:

Եթե այսօր Թեհրանում երեք պետությունների ղեկավարներին չհաջողվի հաստատել նոր ստատուս-քվո, ապա պետք է սպասել տարածաշրջանային նոր, շատ ավելի մեծ պատերազմի: Իսկ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ կողմերը սահմանել են պահանջների ամենաբարձր նշաձողը և պատրաստ չեն զիջել, ապա մեծ հավանականությամբ նոր ստատուս քվո հաստատել չի հաջողվի:

Հ.Գ. Հերթական անգամ հաստատվում է աշխարհաքաղաքական աքսեոման. եթե պատերազմի և խայտառակության մեջ ընտրում ես խայտառակությունը, ապա ստանում ես և՛ խայտառակություն, և՛ պատերազմ . . .
