«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին պատժում են իր քաղաքական հայացքների համար։

«Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խումբն է երեկ հայտարարություն տարածել՝ նշելով, որ փաշինյանական Հայաստանում արդարադատությունը վերածվում է Դոկտոր Մենգելեի։

Խումբը մանրամասն անդրադարձել է բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալների գործերին, յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում նշել, որ բացարձակապես ապօրինություն է իրականացվում։

Ավետիք Չալաբյանի մասով նշվել է, թե ամեն գնով պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար քրեական օրենսգրքում արտահերթ նիստով հոդված են ավելացնում։ Դատավորը քաղաքական պատվերի շրջանակում երկարացնում է կալանքը 10 օրով, իսկ թե ինչո՞ւ, նույնիսկ ինքը չգիտի և չի կարողանում հիմնավորել։

«Կալանքով պատժել է պետք, մեր աչքի առաջ ընթացող պրոցեսներից կարելի է եզրահանգել, որ այս միջոցը կիրառվում է հատկապես այն գործերով, որոնք ջուր են, չունեն ապացուցողական բազա և դատական քննության պրոցեսում քանդվելու են, շատերը հավանաբար չեն ստանա ազատազրկման ժամկետ, իսկ մինչ այդ, քանի դեռ կա հնարավորություն մարդկանց պետք է պատժել, ընդհուպ մինչև մահ»,- արձանագրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խումբը։

Ըստ էության, բազմիցս արձանագրել ենք, որ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան լիակատար անհեթեթություն և սպառնում է դառնալ Հայաստանի քրեական իրավունքի պատմության ամենատարօրինակ գործերից մեկը։

Որևէ դատավոր հանձն չէր առնի ստանձնել այս գործի քննությունը դատարանում, բացառությունը թերևս միակն էր՝ Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը, որին էլ մակագրվել է գործը։

Առայժմ հայտնի չէ, թե երբ է կայանալու դատական առաջին նիստը, սակայն վստահաբար կարելի է նշել, որ Չալաբյանի փաստաբանները իսկական շոու են ապահովելու։

Դատական նիստերում ապացուցելու են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ապիկար և ապօրինի բնույթը՝ ներկայացնելով, թե ի՞նչ է իրականում կատարվել հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ, և ո՞րն է պատճառը, որ նա հետապնդումների է ենթարկվում։
