Aussiedlerbote.de-ն գրում է, որ պատշգամբային էլեկտրակայանները հենց այն են, ինչը պետք է Էներգիայի գնի կտրուկ աճի դեպքում: Նրանք, ովքեր ցանկանում են իջեցնել էներգիայի հսկայական ծախսերը, կարող են դա անել պատշգամբային էլեկտրակայաններով:

Վերջերս գերմանական Վայդենի քաղաքային խորհուրդը որոշում է կայացրել մասնավոր միացված արևային էներգիայի համակարգերի սուբսիդավորման մասին։ Քաղաքային խորհրդի որոշման նախագծի համաձայն` նոր համակարգերի գնման համար կվճարվի մինչև 1000 եվրո։

Ներդրված արևային համակարգերը, որոնք նաև կոչվում են պատշգամբային էլեկտրակայաններ, արևային վահանակներ են մոտ 1,8 մետր երկարությամբ և 1 մետր լայնությամբ: Նման վահանակները սովորաբար տեղադրվում են պատշգամբի բազրիքին կամ տանիքի վրա: Այնուհետև էլեկտրաէներգիան մատակարարվում է տան կամ բնակարանի հոսանքի շղթային վարդակից:

Նման մինի էլեկտրակայանը օգտավետ է վարձակալների համար, եթե էներգիան օգտագործվում է սեփական կարիքների համար։ Մեկ կամ երկու արևային մարտկոցների տեղադրումը, որոնք արտադրում են տարեկան 200-600 կՎտժ էներգիա, բավարար չէ, քանի որ դրանք չափազանց թույլ են ընդհանուր ցանցին միանալու համար:

Հարկ է նշել, որ էլեկտրաէներգիայի մեկ կիլովատ/ժամի դիմաց 30 ցենտ գինը, ըստ Վայդենի վարչակազմի հաշվարկների, համակարգին հնարավորություն կտա ինքնածախսածածկվել ամենաուշը տասը տարվա ընթացքում։

Հարկ է նշել, որ Բավարիայի սպառողական կենտրոնի տվյալներով՝ այդ կայանքները տեղադրելու համար թույլտվություն չի պահանջում։ Բավական է գրանցվել էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարի և Դաշնային ցանցային գործակալության մոտ: Պետք է նաև թույլտվություն ստանալ տան տիրոջից, բայց, որպես կանոն, դա միշտ էլ լինում է։

Հարկ է նշել, որ Վայդենում բացի սուբսիդավորման ծրագրից, օրակարգում է վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում մասնավոր ներդրումների ներգրավման քառամսյա ծրագիրը։

Ընդ որում դրա քարոզարշավը պետք է սկսվի կլիմայի պաշտպանության հայեցակարգի մշակման ավարտից հետո։ Դա, հավանաբար, տեղի կունենա միայն 2023 թվականի վերջին։ Մինչ այժմ Բավարիայում արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության համար նման գործարաններին սուբսիդավորելու որևէ դաշնային ծրագիր չի եղել:
