Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն ընդունված երիտասարդ տղայի կյանքը փրկվել է: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ԲԿ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունը:

«Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն» է ընդունվել երիտասարդ տղա՝ աջ բազկային շրջանում կտրած խորը վերքով, առատ արյունահոսությամբ, ծանր շոկային վիճակով, հեմոդինամիկ անկայուն ցուցանիշներով:

Վնասված են եղել բազկային զարկերակը, միջնակ եւ ծղիկային նյարդերը, երկգլուխ եւ եռագլուխ մկանները ամբողջական ընդհատումով, որը հասնում էր մինչեւ բազկոսկր:

Առաջին վիրահատության ժամանակ անոթային վիրաբույժ Արթուր Խաչատրյանի եւ վնասվածքաբան Արտյոմ Ներսիսյանի կողմից կատարվել է վերքի առաջնային վիրաբուժական միջամտություն, հայտնաբերվել են բազկային վնասված զարկերակները, կարվել, դադարեցվել է արյունահոսությունն ու ապահովվել է արյան շրջանառությունը ողջ վերին վերջույթում:

Ելնելով հիվանդի ծանր վիճակից, որոշում է կայացվել մկանի եւ նյարդերի վերականգնման վիրահատությունը կատարել 2 օր անց:

Բժիշկների առաջ երկու խնդիր կար, նախ՝ առաջին փուլում փրկել երիտասարդ տղայի կյանքը եւ վերին վերջույթը, երկրորդ փուլում՝ վերականգնել վերջույթի աշխատունակությունը:

Ի պատիվ «Վանաձորի բժշկական կենտրոն»-ի պլաստիկ վիրաբույժ (միկրովիրաբույժ) Սիրարփի Պողոսյանի, հնարավոր եղավ վերականգնել վնասված մկանները եւ նյարդերը, որոնց շնորհիվ հնարավոր կլինի վերականգնել վերին վերջույթի հետագա աշխատանքը եւ զգացողությունը:

Կատարված վիրահատություններին հաջորդելու է կոմպլեքս վերականգնողական պրոցեսը, որից հետո երիտասարդը կկարողանա լիարժեք օգտագործել ձեռքն ու մատներն ամբողջությամբ:
