Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ինչո՞ւ է նստած․ ողբերգական դեպքը սրել է հանրային տրամադրությունները

Պրոդյուսեր Արմեն Գրիգորյանի մահը դատարանի դահլիճում հերթական անգամ սրեց խոսակցությունները կալանքի ինստիտուտի՝ պատժիչ բնույթի, աննպատակահարմարության և իշխանությունների ձեռքին ընդդիմախոսների դեմ որպես մահակ կիրառելու մասին։
Երկու ամիս կալանքի տակ գտնվող Արմեն Գրիգորյանի սիրտը չդիմացավ խոշտանգումներին, կտտանքներին և հետապնդումների այն ծանրությանը, որ իշխանությունները կիրառում էին իրենց արմատական ընդդիմախոսի դեմ։
Այսօր տասնյակ մարդիկ գտնվում են կալանքի տակ, նույն հետապնդումներն իրականացվում են նրանց դեմ, և որևէ մեկը ողջամիտ բացատրություն չի կարողանում տալ, թե ինչու պետք է այդ անձինք գտնվեն կալանքի տակ։
«Էս երկրում նախնական կալանքի պատժիչ գործոնը ե՞րբ ա վերացվելու։ Անպայման մարդ պետք ա մահանա... Հիմա Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ինչո՞ւ է նստած»,- ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է տեղեկատվական անվտանգության փորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը։
«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն էլ կեղծ և սարքված մի մեղադրանքով արդեն երկու ամսից ավելի կալանավորված է, նրա նկատմամբ էլ գործող վարչախումբը բռնաճնշումներ է իրականացնում՝ կալանքը որպես խոշտանգում և պատիժ կիրառելով։
Սոցիալական ցանցերը երեկվանից պայթում են՝ ինչո՞ւ պիտի հանցագործություն չկատարած կամ թեթև զանցանքների մեջ մեղադրվող մարդիկ կալանավորված մնան, պատժվեն իրենց քաղաքական հայացքների համար, մինչդեռ իրական հանցագործները, պետությանն ու հանրությանն ահռելի վնաս հասցրածները ազատորեն վայելեն կյանքը։
Իշխանությունների այս վարքը վկայում է, որ Հայաստանում խախտված է արդարադատության համակարգը, իսկ օրենքը կիրառում են ընտրովի, բացառապես վարչախմբի և նրա պարագլխի պատվերով՝ մեկուսացնելու ընդդիմադիրներին։
Փաշինյանն, իհարկե, կարող էր հանձնարարել ազատել թե՛ Արմեն Գրիգորյանին, թե՛ Ավետիք Չալաբյանին և մյուսներին, սակայն կալանքը, խոշտանգումները, անգամ մահը օգտագործում է մեկ նպատակով՝ ահաբեկելու հանրությանը, քաղաքական ուժերին, ցուցադրելու իր ուժը, նաև համոզելու մարդկանց, որ նույն ճակատագիրը սպառնում է յուրաքանչյուրին, ով կհանդգնի իր ձայնը բարձրացնել ընդդեմ չարագործ իշխանության։
