eadaily.com-ը «Փաշինյանը փորձում է «ճեղքել և հասնել» Էրդողանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հետ հանդիպումը Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար անհնար է առանց Զանգեզուրի միջանցք տրամադրելու նախապայմանի կատարման։ Նման կարծիք է հայտնել քաղաքական մեկնաբան Բենիամին Մաթևոսյանը։

«Փաշինյանի ձգտումը՝ հանդիպել Էրդողանի հետ, դարձել է Անդրկովկասի ամենաքննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը։ Փաշինյանի նման ցանկության մասին առաջին անգամ հայտնի է դարձել դեռ 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, երբ Թուրքիայի նախագահը հայտարարել էր, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետն առաջարկել է հանդիպել իր հետ, և այդ առաջարկը նրան է փոխանցել Վրաստանի կառավարության ղեկավար Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին»,- հիշեցրել է Մաթևոսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, անգամ զարմանալի չէր լինի, եթե Փաշինյանը դիմեր ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին նման խնդրանքով, քանի որ Պուտինի և Էրդողանի միջև կան «անձնական լավ հարաբերություններ»։ «Սակայն թուրքական և ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների փոքրիկ վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Էրդողանը Փաշինյանին նախապայման է առաջադրել նույնիսկ անձնական հանդիպման համար։ Նման հանդիպում տեղի կունենա Բաքվի և Անկարայի տրամադրության տակ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը դնելու դիմաց, որը կգործի Լաչինի միջանցքի նույն սկզբունքներով։ Պատկերն ավելի ամբողջական դարձնելու համար պետք է նաև ուշադիր հետևել այն հաղորդագրություններին, որոնք կան հայ պաշտոնյաների հրապարակային ելույթներում, և այն մտքերին, որոնք արտահայտվում են փաշինյանամերձ լրատվամիջոցների «վերլուծական նյութերում»,- նշել է Մաթևոսյանը:

Էրդողանի հետ հանդիպման կարևորության վերաբերյալ Փաշինյանի հիմնական ուղերձը քաղաքագետը անվանել է այն միտքը, որ պաշտոնական Անկարայի հետ հարաբերություններ հաստատելով՝ հնարավոր է չեզոքացնել ադրբեջանական սպառնալիքը։ «Մնում է միայն զարմանքով արձանագրել, որ Փաշինյանը դեռ չի հասկացել, որ Ադրբեջանի այսօրվա ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունը համաձայնեցված է Անկարայի հետ առաջինից մինչև վերջին բառը։ Թուրքիան Հայաստանի նկատմամբ իր քաղաքականությունն իրականացնում է իր «վստահված անձի»՝ Ադրբեջանի միջոցով։

Քաղաքական գործընթացների մասին առօրյա պատկերացումները պետական կառավարման համակարգ տեղափոխած Փաշինյանը մինչ օրս չի հասկացել այդ տարրական ճշմարտությունը, և ռուս և արևմտյան գործընկերների հետ շփումների ժամանակ մանտրայի պես կրկնում է, որ փորձում է չեզոքացնել Ադրբեջանի սպառնալիքը Անկարայի հետ հարաբերությունների հաստատման միջոցով։ Մինչդեռ Անկարայի ներկայացուցիչները ժպտալով ասում են, որ պատրաստ են Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորել միայն Ադրբեջանի շահերը հաշվի առնելով», – ամփոփել է Մաթևոսյանը։
