«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Ծաղկաձորի «Գոլդեն փելես» հյուրանոցային համալիրը Արմեն Ավետիսյանի կողմից 2019-ին նվիրաբերվեց պետությանը, և միայն 2,5 տարվա ջանքերից հետո կառավարությանը հաջողվեց վաճառել այն։ Գնորդը Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին պատկանող «Պրոյեկտ ինտեր-ինվեստ» կազմակերպությունն է: Մինչ այդ խոսակցություններ կային, որ հյուրանոցը սկսել է ավիրվել: Իսկ ի՞նչ վիճակում է այն հիմա: Հյուրանոցների գործադիր տնօրեն, «Project Inter-Invest»-ի զբոսաշրջության բաժնի ղեկավար Մահմուդ Սաադը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց, որ սկսել են հյուրանոցի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները:

«Համապատասխան փոփոխություններ ենք կատարում, որպեսզի այն էլ ավելի հարմարավետ դառնա մեր բոլոր հյուրերի համար: Շինարարական տարաբնույթ աշխատանքներ ենք կատարում, ջրահեռացման համակարգն ենք թարմացնում, ընդունարանը, ռեստորանը, բայց կային, օրինակ` սենյակներ, որտեղ մեծ փոփոխություններ չենք կատարել»,- ասաց նա:

Մահմուդ Սաադը նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ հյուրանոցը վերանվանվելու է «Mercure Tsaghkadzor Hotel»: «Սա լինելու է «Mercure» բրենդի առաջին հյուրանոցը Հայաստանում։ «Գոլդեն փելես» հյուրանոցի վերածնունդը հնարավոր է դարձել միջազգային «Accor» հյուրանոցային խմբի և «Project Inter-Invest» ընկերության միջև կնքված համաձայնագրի շնորհիվ»,- նշեց պարոն Սաադը՝ հավելելով, որ դեռ շատ անելիք ունեն:

«Նաև ներքին հարդարման աշխատանքներն ենք սկսելու, որը նույնպես իրականացնում ենք «Accor» ընկերության հետ խորհրդակցելով, ամեն ինչ միջազգային ստանդարտներին համապատասխանեցնելով: Ներկայում աշխատում ենք նախագծի վրա և երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում կներկայացնենք, թե ինչպիսին է լինելու սենյակների դիզայնը, ներքին հարդարումը և ոչ միայն: Հուսով եմ, որ բոլոր աշխատանքներն ավարտին կհասցվեն մինչև տարեվերջ, և դեկտեմբերին հյուրանոցը կբացի իր դռները:

Անում ենք առավելագույնն այդ ժամկետներում բոլոր աշխատանքներն ավարտելու համար, տեմպ ենք հաղորդել մեր աշխատանքներին: Իրականում բավականին կարճ ժամկետներում արդեն իսկ հասցրել ենք մեծ ծավալի աշխատանք կատարել` վերադասավորումներ, փոփոխություններ, նորոգում և այլն»,- տեղեկացրեց Մահմուդ Սաադը:
