ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատն ընդունել է հայ ռազմագերիներին անհապաղ ազատ արձակելու կոչով Ազգային անվտանգության հատկացումների ակտի լրացումը

ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատն ընդունել է 2023 թվականի բյուջետային տարում Ազգային անվտանգության հատկացումների ակտին ներկայացված ևս երեք հայամետ լրացում: Այս մասին հայտնում է Հայ դատի ԱՄՆ հանձնախումբը:

Մասնավորապես, ընդունվել է 611-րդ լրացումը, որով կոչ է արվում Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանն անհապաղ ազատ արձակել հայ ռազմագերիներին ու քաղաքացիական անձանց:  Լրացման հեղինակը ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆն է:

Բացի այդ, ընդունվել է Կոնգրեսի հայկական հարցերով հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Ջեքի Սփիերի ներկայացրած լրացումը, որով կոչ է արվում ԱՄՆ պետդեպարտամենտին ներկայացնել զեկույց, որում փաստաթղթավորված են Բայդենի վարչակազմի կողմից «Ազատության աջակցման ակտի» 907-րդ լրացումը կրկին շրջանցելու պատճառները: Սփիերը լրացման մեջ նաև պահանջել է, որպեսզի ներկայացվելիք զեկույցում տեղեկություն լինի այն մասին, թե արդյոք Ադրբեջանին ցուցաբերված ամերիկյան աջակցությունը չի վնասել խաղաղության գործընթացին Արցախում, ինչպես նաև տրվի գնահատական 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի հրադադարից մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի դեմ հարձակողական ուժի կիրառման կամ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի ոտնահարման վերաբերյալ:

Ներկայացուցիչների պալատն ընդունել է նաև կոնգրեսականներ Ֆրենկ Փալոնի, Քրիս Պապասի ու Գուս Բիլիրակիսի լրացումը, որով կոչ է արվում սահմանափակել ամերիկյան ռազմական F-16 կործանիչների ու դրանց արդիականացման սարքավորումների վաճառքը Թուրքիային:

Ավելի վաղ՝ հուլիսի 13-ին Ներկայացուցիչների պալատն ընդունել էր Ազգային անվտանգության հատկացումների ակտին ներկայացված 121-րդ լրացումը, որով պահանջվում է ներկայացնել զեկույց Ադրբեջանի պատերազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ: 121-րդ լրացումը, մասնավորապես, պետդեպարտամենտից և պաշտպանական դեպարտամենտից պահանջում է ներկայացնել զեկույց, որում մանրամասն նկարագրված կլինի թե արդյոք Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ 2020 թվականին Ադրբեջանի կողմից կիրառված թուրքական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերում օգտագործված են եղել ամերիկյան արտադրության մասեր: Բացի այդ, զեկույցում պետք է ներկայացվեն Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ սպիտակ ֆոսֆորի, կլաստերային ռումբերի ու այլ արգելված զինատեսակների կիրառման, պատերազմում Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից օտարերկրյա ահաբեկիչ վարձկանների ներգրավման մասին տեղեկություններ:
