Փաշինյանը փորձում է ճեղք առաջացնել Սփյուռքի եւ Հայաստանի միջեւ․ Մուրադ Փափազյան

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, արգելելով սփյուռքում Հայաստանի եւ Արցախիի համար աշխատանքներ կատարող գործիչների մուտքը Հայաստան, փորձում է ճեղք մտցնել Հայաստանի եւ սփյուռքի միջեւ եւ թուլացնել Հայաստանը։ Այս մասին NEWS.am- ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ֆրանսիայի հայկական ընկերությունները համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՅԴ Բյուրոյի անդամ Մուրադ Փափազյանը, որի մուտքը Հայաստան չեն թույլատրել՝ պատճառաբանելով, թե ինքը համարվում է անցանկալի անձ։

«Ես երեկ հասա Երեւան, եւ երբ անձնագիրս ցույց տվեցի, ինձ օդանավակայանի աշխատակիցներն իջեցրին, տարան մի սենյակ՝ ասելով, թե անձնագրի հետ կապված խնդիրներ կան։ Հետո ուղարկեցին ապրանքների փոխանակման հատված։ Ի վերջո,  երեքից-չորս ժամ հետո ինձ փոխանցեցին որոշումը, որ ես իրավունք չունեմ մտնել Հայաստան՝ անցանկալի անձ եմ եւ օդանավով պետք է ինձ արտաքսեն Ֆրանսիա։ Ես հարցրի՝ ի՞նչն է պատճառ, ի՞նչ հիմնավորում կա, բայց չեն պատճառաբանել։ Ինչո՞ւ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը որոշել, որ ես իրավունք չունեմ մտնել Հայաստան։ Ինչի՞ հիման վրա կարող է Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքացու մուտքը Հայաստան արգելել։ Կանոններ կան աշխարհում, եւ որոնք ինքը չի կարող անտեսել։ Հայաստանն իր տունը չէ»,- նշեց Փափազյանը։

Փափազյանի խոսքով՝ նման գործունեությամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձում է թուլացնել սփյուռքի օժանդակությունը Հայաստանին։

«Փաշինյանն ընդդիմադիրներին չի ընդունում։ Ինքը եղել է ընդդիմադիր եւ խոստացել է հաստատել ժողովրդավարություն, սակայն ստել է։ Տեր չի կանգնել հեղափոխության խոստումներին։ Ասաց, որ ժողովրդի հետ պետք է որոշումներ կայացնի, չարեց։ Արցախցիներին ասաց, որ մանդատ չունի Արցախի անունից որոշումներ կայացնելու, ստեց։ Ասաց՝ զորավար պետություն պետք է կառուցենք, պատերազմ եղավ, ծնկի եկանք, ադրբեջանական զորքերը մտան երկիր։ Այսօր հարցն Արցախը չէ, Հայաստանն է, որովհետեւ Փաշինյանը ոչ միայն չի պաշտպանում Հայաստանը, այլ նաեւ տկարացնում է։ Ամենավտանգավորը Թուրքիայի եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ դեռ առջեւում սպասվող հարաբերություններն են։ Ճեղքը, որ Փաշինյանը Սինանյանի միջոցով փորձում է առաջացնել սփյուռքի Հայաստանի միջեւ, շատ վտանգավոր է»,- ընդգծեց նա։

Մուրադ Փափազյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ Նիկոլը Փաշինյանը Երեւանում չհանդիպեց Փարիզի քաղաքապետի հետ, քանի որ պատվիրակության կազմում եղել է ինքը։

«Ես Փարիզի քաղաքապետին եւ Ֆրանսիայում Հայաստանի դեսպանին ասել եմ, որ չեմ ցանկանում ներկա լինել կառավարության հետ հանդիպումներին, որպեսզի չխանգարեմ, որովհետեւ ես չեմ ընդունում այս կառավարությանը։ Երբ իմացա, որ Փաշինյանը հրաժարվել է հանդիպումից, շատ զարմացա, որովհետեւ Փարիզի քաղաքապետը պաշտպանում է Հայաստանը եւ Արցախը, եւ այդպես չեն վարվում բարեկամների հետ։ Հետո իմացա, որ Փաշինյանը պատժել է Փարիզի քաղաքապետին, որովհետեւ ես կայի պատվիրակության կազմում, թեպետ հրաժարվել էի հանդիպումից»,- ասաց Փափազյանը։

Փափազյանը նշեց, որ ինքը դիմել է Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատուն, որպեսզի դեսպանատուն պահանջի պատճառ ներկայացնել իր մուտքը Հայաստան արգելելու համար։

«Ինքը պետք է բացատրի, թե ինչու է Հայ դատի համար երկար տարիներ աշխատած մարդու մուտքն ինչու է արգելում։ Ես պաշտպանել եմ Հայաստանը եւ Արցախը Ֆրանսիայի բոլոր նախագահների , բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մոտ։ Մենք պետք է ճնշում գործադրենք, որ ինքը բացատրության տա։ Ինքն ուզում է իր օրենքները ստեղծել եւ դրանք հարգել։ Սփյուռքի մեջ արդեն իսկ լուրջ դժգոհություն կա Փաշինյանի եւ իր իշխանության դեմ։ Եվ մեծ մոբիլիզացիա կա սփյուռքում»,- հավելեց Փափազյանը։
