Վարչախումբն անցել է Չալաբյանի հարազատներին հետապնդելուն

«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ հետապնդումները անցնում են բարոյականության բոլոր սահմանները։
Հայաստանում քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների հետապնդումները նորություն չեն, նորություն չեն նաև նրանց ընտանիքների անդամներին այլ քաղաքական գործընթացներում ներքաշելու փորձերը, սակայն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է նույնիսկ անբարոյական այս քայլով գերազանցել իր բոլոր նախորդներին։
Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը, բանկի գործադիր կոմիտեի անդամ Արա Չալաբյանին ազատման դիմում գրելու պահանջ է փոխանցել։ Արա Չալաբյանը 2020 թվականի հուլիսից ղեկավարում է Կենտրոնական բանկի կորպորատիվ ծառայությունների և զարգացման դեպարտամենտը, իսկ ԿԲ-ում սկսել է աշխատել դեռ 1998 թվականից։
ԿԲ-ն, որը անկախ մարմին է համարվում, ի տարբերություն այլ պետական գերատեսչությունների, մշտապես զերծ է մնացել քաղաքական գործընթացներին խառնվելուց, և այնտեղ աշխատել են մարդիկ, ովքեր տարբեր տարիների ընդդիմադիր տրամադրվածություն են ունեցել գործող իշխանությունների հանդեպ։
Նույն Մարտին Գալստյանը 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ի դեպքերից հետո աշխատանքի էր ներկայանում կոտրված թևով։ Նա Տեր-Պետրոսյանի բողոքի ակցիաների ակտիվ մասնակից էր, բայց ԿԲ նախկին նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը երբևէ նրանից չի պահանջել ազատման դիմում ներկայացնել և նաև թույլ չի տվել քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկել, իսկ այսօր Մարտին Գալստյանն ինքն է հետապնդում սկսել Արա Չալաբյանի դեմ։
Արա Չալաբյանը Ավետիք Չալաբյանի եղբայրն է և ոչ պակաս հայտնի անձնավորություն Հայաստանի ֆինանսական համակարգում։ Փաստացի, փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ապացուցում է, որ ոչնչի առջև կանգ չի առնում իր ընդդիմախոսներին հետապնդելու գործում։ Սա, իհարկե, խոսում է այս իշխանության բարոյական կերպարի մասին։
Երբեք էլ պատրանքներ չենք ունեցել, թե փաշինյանական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները որևէ բարոյական արգելակներ ունեն, բայց ֆինանսական համակարգի լավագույն մասնագետներից մեկին նման պահանջ ներկայացնելը նույնիսկ չի տեղավորվում պետական կառավարման համակարգի տրամաբանության մեջ։ Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ այս իշխանության մեջ մեծաթիվ նախկիններ կան, իսկ Արա Չալաբյանը, ի տարբերություն իր եղբոր, քաղաքական գործունեությամբ, երբեք աչքի չի ընկել և չի էլ ներկայացրել իր քաղաքական դիրքորոշումները։ Թերևս միայն աջակցել է իր՝ քաղաքական հետապնդումների ենթարկվող եղբորը։
