ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է զինծառայողի կողմից կատարված պետական դավաճանության ևս մեկ դեպք
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հակահետախուզության դեպարտամենտի ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական արդյունավետ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացին, հանդիսանալով զինծառայող, ծառայության բերումով տիրապետել է պետական և ծառայողական գաղտնիք կազմող տեղեկությունների:
Նկարագրված պայմաններում վերջինս ok.ru սոցիալական ցանցի միջոցով ծանոթանալով օտարերկրյա հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցչի հետ, հավաքագրվել է նրա կողմից, որից հետո նամակագրության միջոցով նրան է հանձնել պետական և ծառայողական գաղտնիք կազմող, ռազմական բնույթի տեղեկություն հանդիսացող՝ զորամասի նշանակության, դրա կազմում ընդգրկված ստորաբաժանումների տեսակի, իրենց ստորաբաժանման պահպանության ներքո գտնվող մարտական դիրքի տեղակայման վայրի, մարտական դիրքերի կահավորվածության, մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելու հետ կապված այլ տվյալներ, ինչպես նաև զորամասի հրամանատարական կազմի անհատական և ծառայողական տվյալները, լուսանկարել և ուղարկել է զորամասի շինությունները, մարտական դիրքերը, վաշտի անվանականչի մատյանը, մարտական դիրքի կրակային քարտը, զինվորական գրքույկը՝ այդ կերպ լրտեսության եղանակով կատարելով պետական դավաճանություն՝ ի վնաս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային անձեռնմխելիության և արտաքին անվտանգության, որոնց դիմաց որպես վարձատրություն բանկային փոխանցումների միջոցով ստացել է գումարներ:
Պետական դավաճանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում հիշյալ քաղաքացին ձերբակալվել է և տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք, որից հետո հանցանքի կատարումը վկայող փաստերի հիման վրա դատախազի որոշմամբ վերջինիս ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կրկին հորդորում է զինծառայողներին զերծ մնալ սոցիալական ցանցերով կամ այլ եղանակով կասկածելի անձանց հետ ծանոթություններ հաստատելուց և նրանց հետ ՀՀ անվտանգությանն ու պաշտպանությանը վերաբերող հարցեր քննարկելուց և տեղեկություններ փոխանցելուց:
