Նոր արտադրություն է հիմնվել երեխաների համար

Զարգացման առանձնահատկություն ունեցող դեռահասներին աշխատանքային զբաղվածություն ստեղծելու և հասարակությանը ինտեգրելու համար 2017 թվականին «Քայլ առաջ» սոցիալական հասարակական կազմակերպությունը նախաձեռնել է ստվարաթղթե բաժակների արտադրություն: Այժմ արտադրությունում հերթափոխով աշխատում են առանձնահատկություն ունեցող 19 դեռահաս, զբաղվածությունը՝ շաբաթական 12 ժամ է։

 «Քայլ առաջ» ՀԿ-ն ստեղծել են առանձնահատկություն ունեցող երեխաների ծնողները, որ պատանիները կարողանան դառնալ հասարակության լիիրավ անդամ: Երեխաների համար կենտրոնում անցկացվում են նաև թերապևտիկ աշխատանքներ:

«Քայլ առաջ» հասարակական կազմակերպության «Ձեռք ձեռքի» սոցիալական ձեռնարկատիրությունը «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի ամենամյա դրամաշնորհային ծրագրի հաղթողներից է։ Թղթե բաժակների արտադրական հաստոցներից մեկը ձեռք է բերվել հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ։

Բրենդավորված բաժակների պատվեր կարող են իրականացնել բոլորը՝ սկսած անհատներից և կազմակերպություններից:

«Արտադրական պրոցեսը ներկայացնում է կրկնվող գործողությունների շղթա, ինչն էլ իդեալական պայմաններ է ստեղծում, որ այս դեռահասները վարպետների և մասնագետների հսկողության ներքո կարողանան ինքնուրույն աշխատել և վաստակել իրենց գումարը: Երեխաները ոգևորվածությամբ մասնակցում են արտադրական այս պրոցեսին և մենք գիտենք, որ մեկանգամյա օգտագործման սպասքի մեջ այս լամինացված բաժակները ամենաանվտանգն են և՛ մարդկանց, և՛ շրջակա միջավայրի համար»,- նշել է «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Աննա Գիշյանը:

«Երբ թերապևտիկ աշխատանքներն էինք իրականացնում, միտք առաջացավ  ձեռնարկել փոքր ձեռնարկատիրություն և մեր օրինակով ցույց տալ, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաները ևս ունեն կարողություններ և կարելի է զարգացնել այդ կարողություններն ու դրանց միջոցով ինտեգրվել հասարակությանը: Այս պարագայում երեխաները հնարավորություն են ունենում պատվերներ գրանցելիս ամեն անգամ նոր մարդու հետ խոսել, ինչը բավականին մեծ քայլ է այդ խոչընդոտները հաղթահարելու համար: Միևնույն ժամանակ, նրանք դուրս են գալիս առաքման աշխատանք կատարելու և ամեն անգամ տարբեր հասցեներ ու մարդիկ են հանդիպում, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս, որ երեխաները կարողանան հաղորդակցման խնդիրները հաղթահարել: Այս տեսանկյունից ծրագիրը մեզ համար մեծ նշանակություն ուներ»,- նշել է կենտրոնի ուսումնական մասի ղեկավար Արփինե Աշոտյանը:

«Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ստեղծվել է Ակբա բանկի, ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ, Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ Ազգային Ֆեդերացիայի և Ստեփան Գիշյանի ընտանիքի կողմից: Հիմնադրամի   ծրագրերն ուղղված են հայ-ֆրանսիական կապերի ամրապնդմանը, Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական, գիտակրթական, մշակութային, առողջապահական համակարգերի բարելավմանն ու կատարելագործմանը:
