Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնը մտադիր է առաջիկա ժամերին հրաժարական տալ։ Այս մասին հինգշաբթի հայտնել են բրիտանական ITV, Sky News հեռուստաալիքները և The Times թերթը՝ հղում անելով կառավարության ղեկավարիn մոտ աղբյուրներին:

Եթե Ջոնսոնը շարունակի պաշտոնավարել, ապա հաջորդ շաբաթ նա կարող է կրկին անվստահության քվեի առաջ կանգնել: Sky News-ը նշում է, որ Ջոնսոնը հրաժարականի դիմում է պատրաստում, սակայն կշարունակի վարչապետի պաշտոնում մնալ, քանի դեռ չի ընտրվել իշխող Պահպանողական կուսակցության նոր ղեկավարը։

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնի կառավարությունից երեքշաբթի օրվանից առ այսօր հեռացել է արդեն 53 նախարար, քաղաքական գործիչ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Sky News-ը` ընդգծելով, որ Ջոնսոնը, թեև երեկոյան հայտարարել էր, որ չի պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ, սակայն այժմ իշխանությունը կորցնելու շեմին է:

Նշենք, որ հրաժարականների զանգվածային ալիքի հիմքը դրել են Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ֆինանսների նախարար Ռիշի Սունակը և առողջապահության նախարար Սաջիդ Ջավիդը, որոնք հայտարարել էին, որ հրաժարական են տալիս վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնի նկատմամբ անվստահության և նրա ղեկավարման մեթոդների հետ անհամաձայնության պատճառով։ Հրաժարականները պայմանավորված են նախկին փոխարտգործնախարար Քրիստոֆեր Պինչերի նշանակման հետ կապված սկանդալի հետ:

Անցյալ շաբաթ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի նախկին փոխարտգործնախարար Քրիստոֆեր Պինչերը նախկինում լոնդոնյան ակումբներից մեկում հարբած վիճակում ծեծկռտուք էր կազմակերպել։ Մի շարք քաղաքական գործիչներ պնդում են, որ վարչապետ Բորիս Ջոնսոնը Պինչերին նշանակել է Պահպանողական կուսակցության խորհրդարանական խմբակցության փոխհամակարգողի պաշտոնում, թեև իմացել է նրա տխրահռչակ անցյալի մասին։

Ջոնսոնը ներողություն է խնդրել և խոստովանել, որ «հետ նայելով՝ գիտակցում է, որ սխալ բան է արել», այս հայտարարությանը հաջորդել են նախարարների և այլ պաշտոնյաների հրաժարականներ՝ վարչապետի նկատմամբ անվստահության պատճառով։
