Ավետիք Չալաբյանի գործն ուղարկել են դատախազին. իշխանությունը շտապում է

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հապշտապ ավարտել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և գործն ուղարկել է դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացություն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ։
Այս գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին և Հայաստանի Ագրարային համալսարանի դասախոս Էմմա Սարգսյանին։ Չալաբյանը մեղադրվում է Ուսանողական խորհրդի նախագահ Թոռնիկ Ալիյանին նյութապես շահագրգռելու կասկածանքով: Իբր առաջարկել է 2 միլիոն դրամ 2000 ուսանողներին ընդդիմության հանրահավաքներին ներգրավելու համար։
Մի կողմ թողնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ մեղադրանքն ինքնին ծիծաղելի է, իսկ ձայնագրությունը որևէ կերպ չի հաստատում Ավետիք Չալաբյանի մեղքը։ Ո՞րն է նախաքննությունն այսքան շուտ ավարտելու և դատարան ուղարկելու պատճառը։ Բանն այն է, որ հուլիսի 12-ին ավարտվում է Ավետիք Չալաբյանի երկամսյա կալանքի ժամկետը, և նախաքննական մարմինը դիմել էր դատարանին կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգելու միջնորդությամբ։
Դատական գործը էլեկտրոնային եղանակով մակագրվել էր դատավոր Արշակ Պետրոսյանին, սակայն Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդից ձեռքով փոխել էին, և մակագրել էին մեկ այլ դատավորի, ինչը բուռն դժգոհության ալիք էր բարձրացրել և հերթական անգամ ցույց էր տալիս, թե իրականում ինչ է կատարվում դատական համակարգում։
Ըստ էության, հասկանալով, որ միջնորդության քննարկումը կարող է տապալվել դատարանում, և Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հայտնվի ազատության մեջ, իշխանությունները գնացել են նախաքննությունը շուտափույթ ավարտելու, դատարան ուղարկելու ճանապարհով։ Այդ դեպքում էլ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը կմնա կալանքի տակ այնքան, որքան կորոշի գործը քննող դատավորը։
Չի բացառվում, որ այս անգամ էլ գործը ոչ թե էլեկտրոնային եղանակով, այլ ձեռքով մակագրեն իշխանությանը հավատարիմ որևէ դատավորի՝ ասենք Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանին։ Այդ պարագայում փաշինյանական վարչախմբին կհաջողվի Ավետիք Չալաբյանին անազատության մեջ պահել այնքան ժամանակ, որքան իրենցից ցանկանում են։ Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան իրավական «բեսպրեդել» Հայաստանում հայտնի քաղաքական գործչի նկատմամբ։
