Հայաստանում «օրենքով գողեր» են ձերբակալվել

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ էին ստացվել անձանց կողմից քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակը պահպանելու, քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձի կողմից քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորում ստեղծելու և ղեկավարելու, ինչպես նաև մի շարք անձնաց կողմից քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորմանը մասնակցելու և դրա հետապնդած նպատակների իրականացմանը ներգրավված լինելու վերաբերյալ:
Դատախազությունից հայտնում են, որ բավարար հիմքերի առկայության պայմաններում դեռևս 2022թ. ապրիլի 7-ին համապատասխան հոդվածներով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ:
Քրեական վարույթի ընթացքում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության համակարգմամբ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի և ԱԱԾ-ի աշխատակիցների համատեղ գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել բավարար փաստական տվյալներ այն մասին, որ քրեկան աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող, այսպես կոչված «օրենքով գող» «Ս.Ա.»-ն ղեկավարել է քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորում, որոնց միջոցով տարբեր անձանց տվել է հանձնարարություններ, զբաղվել մասնավոր հարցերի լուծմամբ:
Բացի այդ, «Ս.Ա.»-ն քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման սահմանած և ճանաչած վարքագծի կանոնների համաձայն՝ խմբավորման հետապնդած նպատակների իրականացման համար քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորմանը մասնակցած և դրա հետապնդած նպատակների իրականացմանը ներգրավված տարբեր անձանց միջոցով, վերջիններիս գործողությունների հստակ դերաբաշխման եղանակով, կազմակերպել է տարբեր անձանցից, ինչպես նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներից դրամական միջոցների հավաքագրումը և տնօրինել քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող խմբավորման միջոցով ստացված անօրինական օգուտը, այսպես կոչված, որպես «օբշակ» հավաքագրված գումարը:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ մինչդտական վարույթի նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի 2022թ. հուլիսի 6-ի որոշումներով քրեական ենթամշակույթի հանցակազմերով քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել 7 անձի նկատմամբ, որոնցից 3-ը՝ քրեական աստիճանակարգության բարձրագույն կարգավիճակ ունեցող անձինք են, այդ թվում 2-ը՝ այսպես կոչված, «օրենքով գող»:
6 անձ ձերբակալվել է, կատարված խուզարկություններով հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է շուրջ 180.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
