«Նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսից անդին. Չալաբյանը հավակնում է երրորդ ուժի

Հայաստանը խարխափում է «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» հակամարտության ճիրաններում։ Թե՛ իշխանությունը, և թե՛ ընդդիմությունը ամեն ինչ անում են, որ քաղաքական դիսկուրսը դուրս չգա այդ շրջանակներից, այդպես ավելի հեշտ է, հնարավոր է սև-սպիտակ հակադրության ֆոնին պահպանել քաղաքական ազդեցությունը Հայաստանում և շարունակել իշխել կամ քաղաքական մեծ ազդեցություն պահպանել։ 

Ըստ էության, տարիներ շարունակ Հայաստանում երեք քաղաքական հոսանքների կողմնակիցներ են ձևավորվել՝ «նախկիններ», «ներկաներ» և «երրորդ ուժ»։ Եթե «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսը տարածվում է միայն բացառապես հայհոյանքի, անտագոնիզմի, միմյանց վիրավորելու և դավաճան հանելու թեզերի շուրջ, ապա երրորդ ուժը, ինչպես ակնկալում են մարդիկ, ներկայացնում է ծրագրեր, չի հայհոյում, որևէ մեկին չի պիտակավորում, երկրի զարգացման հստակ տեսլական է ներկայացնում։ Նույնիսկ այսօր իշխանությանը մերձ կանգնած քաղաքական ուժերը, որոնք ժամանակին երրորդ ուժի անհրաժեշտության քարոզ էին տանում, իրենք էլ փորձում են դուրս չգալ առկա արատավոր դիսկուրսից, թեպետ հստակ հասկանում են, թե որն է իրական և արդյունավետ զրույցը Հայաստանի ապագայի վերաբերյալ։ 

Այսօր Հայաստանում միակ հոսանքը, որը կարելի է տեղավորել երրորդ ուժի շրջանակներում, «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցներն են։

Մայիսից կալանքի տակ գտնվող Չալաբյանը հոդվածների շարքով է հանդես եկել, ներկայացրել իր հստակ տեսլականը Հայաստանի արդիականացման, ռազմականացման, հայահավաքի, «Ազգային նոր պակտի» վերաբերյալ, որևէ քննադատություն, որևէ պիտակավորում և վիրավորանք նրա հոդվածներում չկա, մինչդեռ նա հենց պետք է ամենաշատը պիտակավորեր և հայհոյեր, քանի որ արդեն գրեթե 2 ամիս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կամքով գտնվում է անազատության մեջ։ Փոխարենը Չալաբյանը ներկայացնում է գործողությունների հստակ և արդյունավետ ծրագիր, որի իրականացման դեպքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը շանս ունի վերագտնելու իրեն։

Փորձագետներն անկեղծորեն զարմանում են, որ նույնիսկ այն քաղաքական ուժերը և անձինք, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ խոսել են երրորդ ուժի անհրաժեշտության մասին, այսօր չեն կանգնում Ավետիք Չալաբյանի կողքին, չեն բարձրաձայնում նրա տեսլականի արդյունավետությունն ու իրատեսությունը։ Խնդիրը պարզապես այն է, որ հավաքական նախկին ու ներկա դիսկուրսից դուրս իրենց հռչակող միավորումներն իրականում նույնպես անտագոնիզմի և առավելապաշտության ճիրաններում են և իրենք էլ չեն կարողանում կողմնորոշվել, թե ինչ են ուզում իրականում։ 

Փոխարենը ողջամիտ գաղափարները, ներկայացված ծրագրերը մնում են թղթի վրա և հասանելի են դառնում հանրության մի փոքր ադեկվատ զանգվածին։ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հեծանիվ չի հորինել, նա ընդամենը մատչելի շարադրել է իր տեսլականը, որը շահեկանորեն տարբերվում է թե՛ գործող ապիկար իշխանության պատկերացումներից, և թե՛ ընդդիմության կոշտ և հայհոյախառն ու պաթոսախառը հռետորաբանությունից։ Նա ընդամենը ուղիներ է ներկայացնում, թե ինչպես կարելի է ստեղծված պայմաններում առավելագույնը հասնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Եվ այս առումով շատ ավելի տրամաբանական կլինի նրա շուրջ համախմբվելու հանրության ձգտումը։
