Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Միացյալ Նահանգների բարեկամ ժողովրդին Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Ամեն տարի հուլիսի 4-ին միլիոնավոր ամերիկացիներ, այդ թվում՝ ամերիկահայ մեր հայրենակիցները, տոնում են Միացյալ Նահանգների ամենակարևոր օրը` Անկախության օրը: Անկախության հռչակումից հետո ԱՄՆ-ի ժողովուրդը և բոլոր կառավարությունները հետևողականորեն գնացել են ազատության, մարդու իրավունքների, օրենքի գերակայության, ժողովրդավարության հաստատման ու ամրապնդման ճանապարհով: Միացյալ Նահանգների դերակատարությունն ու առաջնորդությունը ժողովրդավարության հարցում էական դեր է խաղում ոչ միայն աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում մարդու իրավունքների և օրենքի գերակայության հաստատման, այլև տարածաշրջանների ժողովուրդների համար կանխատեսելի ու խաղաղ զարգացման միջավայր ձևավորելու տեսանկյունից:

Մեր երկու պետությունների և ժողովուրդների միջև բարեկամությունն ու գործընկերությունը խարսխված են ընդհանուր արժեքների, փոխվստահության և բարեկամության վրա: Ուրախ եմ արձանագրել, որ ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման հարցում մեր կառավարությունների միջև համագործակցությունը և երկուստեք հանձնառությունը տալիս են շոշափելի արդյունքներ:

Կրկին շնորհավորելով Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթում եմ Ձեզ և Միացյալ Նահանգների ժողովրդին բարօրություն և խաղաղություն:
