«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Դեռևս մայիսի սկզբին կարկառուն քպականներից մեկն առաջարկել էր անհնազանդության տարբեր ակցիաներից ոստիկանություն բերման ենթարկված քաղաքացիներին սահման ուղարկել: Այն ժամանակ էլ նշվեց, որ նման հայտարարություններով փորձ է արվում պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունը, բանակը ծառայեցնել քաղաքական նպատակների, իսկ ծառայությունը, ըստ այդմ, դառնում է... պատժիչ գործիք: Թվում էր՝ դա սոսկ քաղաքական հայտարարություն է: Սակայն ինչպես հետո պարզվեց, դա ՔՊ-ի քաղաքական որոշումն էր:
Եվ ահա, երեկ տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ ցվերջին օրերին ՊՆ եռամսյա զորահավաքներին մասնակցելու ծանուցագրեր են ստացել։ Ռազմական փորձագետ Դավիթ Ջամալյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում ասում է, որ զինված ուժերի քաղաքականացում ասվածն այս իշխանության համար բնավ այնպիսի մի կարմիր գիծ չէ, որն իրենք չհամարձակվեն անցնել: «Կապիտուլ յանտական այս ռեժիմի համար չկան ո՛չ իրավական, ո՛չ բարոյական տաբուներ, իրենք բարոյական որևէ տաբու չունեն: Իրենք ընդունակ են ցանկացած ստորության, ազգադավության ու ճղճիմ քայլի: Ազգային ինքնագիտակցությունից հեռացած, հայի ինքնագիտակցությունից զուրկ մարգինալացված ամբոխ է, որից ամեն ինչ է սպասելի: Ես համոզված եմ, սակայն, որ նման քայլերով հնարավոր չի լինելու դիմադրության շարժման թափը կոտրել»,- ասում է Ջամալյանը:
«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը, որի՝ կալանքի տակ գտնվող որդուն՝ Տարոն Մանուկյանին ևս ծանուցում են ուղարկել, մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Բոլորն էլ պարտավոր են ցանկացած ծանուցման դեպքում ներկայանալ զինկոմիսարիատ, ինչը բոլորի համար պարտք և հպարտություն պետք է լինի, ու այսպես է եղել միշտ: Մեր երիտասարդները նախորդ տարիներին շատ դեպքերում չեն էլ սպասել ծանուցման: Նաև 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ հարյուրավոր դաշնակցականներ առաջնագծում են եղել: Բայց այն, ինչ կատարվում է, ուղղակի այլևս որևէ բարոյական սահման չի ճանաչում: Փաստորեն, իրենց պատկերացրած քաղաքական հետապնդման համատեքստում՝ որպես պատիժ, սահմանափակում, դիտում են անգամ եռամսյա հավաքների զորակոչը: Սա խայտառակություն է, արհամարհանք ՀՀ ԶՈւ-ի, երկրի պաշտպանունակության, անվտանգության նկատմամբ»:
