Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Լիբանանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նաջիբ Ազմի Միքաթիին՝ պաշտոնում վերընտրվելու կապակցությամբ:

Ուղերձում նշված է. «Ձերդ գերազանցություն, Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ Լիբանանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնում վերընտրվելու կապակցությամբ։ Լիահույս եմ, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հաջող անցկացումից հետո Ձեր հետագա պաշտոնավարումը մեծապես կնպաստի մարտահրավերներով լի այս ժամանակահատվածում բարեկամ Լիբանանի կայունացմանը և հետագա զարգացմանը։

Հայ-լիբանանյան հարաբերությունները, որոնց հիմքում մեր ժողովուրդների միջև ավանդական բարեկամությունն ու անկեղծ համակրանքն են, մշտապես աչքի են ընկել առանձնահատուկ ջերմությամբ, փոխվստահությամբ, ինչպես նաև դժվարին պահերին միմյանց աջակցելու մշտական պատրաստակամությամբ։ Լիահույս եմ, որ մեր համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ հայ-լիբանանյան հարաբերությունները կթևակոխեն որակապես նոր փուլ՝ ընդլայնվելով ու ամրապնդվելով թե՛ երկկողմ, թե՛ բազմակողմ հարթակներում։

Օգտվելով առիթից՝ կցանկանայի վերահաստատել Հայաստանի հանձնառությունն իր նպաստը բերելու տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությանն ու կայունությանն ուղղված միջազգային ջանքերին, մասնավորապես՝ ՅՈՒՆԻՖԻԼ-ի խաղաղապահ առաքելության շրջանակում։ Ընդունեք խնդրեմ, Ձերդ գերազանցություն, խորին հարգանքիս հավաստիքը»։
